在土耳其的几个月里，杨兵与同伴每个月只能领到800美金的工资，因为是打黑工，还经常被克扣和拖延支付。
“蛇头”仅初中文化电脑能力让民警折服
众多受骗的偷渡者在出国后很快就识破了李某的谎言，纷纷回国寻找李某，然而却难觅其踪影。不是电话打不通，就是办公室不开门，这样，很多偷渡者放弃寻找李某。
今年3月24日，潍坊边防支队接到了从土耳其回国的李斌（化名）及其妻子的举报。自4月7日立案起，潍坊边防支队侦查队调查发现，自2012年11月至2016年5月，李某先后组织青州、寿光、诸城等地群众七批11人以旅游或商务考察名义偷渡土耳其、以色列、美国、新西兰等国打工或探亲，其中李斌夫妻被包装身份赴美国打工被拒签后，又非法滞留土耳其打工而后返回国内。
5月27日，李某被抓获归案。在李某的办公间内，办案民警现场查获假公章13枚，偷渡人员假结婚证、假房产证、假在职证明、假学历证书、假车辆行驶证等身份包装材料600余份，其中甚至有派出所的公章。
办案民警介绍，李某的包装技巧很高。诸城一名地道的农民在5月份被李某包装成当地一家知名企业的副总偷渡，该农民护照上西装革履，形象与企业负责人比较相符。办案民警在侦查初期发现，偷渡人员护照上的照片与本人的实际情况相差甚远，在后期调查时才发现，李某会根据偷渡人员的情况对其进行包装。例如将偷渡人员的照片发给照相馆进行专业PS修图，而且会告知偷渡者在临行之前一段时间对皮肤进行保养。
令人惊奇的是，策划组织多次偷渡的李某仅有初中文化水平，其操作电脑的能力让不少办案民警都折服。
目前，李某已被批捕。不过，李某坚称自己并未组织他人偷渡，具体案情仍在进一步调查中。
偷渡渐呈“蚂蚁搬家”式
潍坊边防支队侦查科王晓明介绍，从李某组织的七次偷渡以及近段时间查获的偷渡案件来看，近年偷渡的形式已经往多频次、小规模的方向发展。
案件中，李某采用“蚂蚁搬家”的形式，一个一个来，收费从6.5万元到12.5万元不等。
“一次就偷渡一两个人，不但后期难以取证，而且从出入境记录上也难以发现端倪。”王晓明说，以往偷渡到日韩等国的案例，人员数量比较大，相对集中，有的“蛇头”买条船就可以从威海等地将大量偷渡者送到国外，而这种形式风险大，加上近几年海警、边防等都加大了检查力度，大规模偷渡形式已经十分少见。
另外，办案人员在此案的调查中发现，偷渡出去的人员有的在境外依旧与李某保持联系，利用QQ、微信等形式与李某沟通外国就业形式与经济状况，与李某相勾结、协作，继续组织人员偷渡。“以往的电话沟通十分不便且费用昂贵，网络联系的便利给‘蛇头’和偷渡人员提供了方便。”王晓明说。
