IT资讯7月18日消息，暴风集团17日发布公告，公司与关联方暴风鑫汇、吕宁、王原等4方拟签订出资协议，共同投资1000万元设立暴风影业。

其中暴风集团出资350万元，占股35%；暴风鑫汇出资300万元，占股30%；吕宁出资250万元，占股25%；王原出资100万元，占股10%。暴风鑫汇为公司控股股东，由冯鑫直接控制，吕宁为公司副总经理，此次投资构成关联交易。本次事项，已获得独立董事的事先认可，及监事会审议通过，关联董事冯鑫回避表决。

暴风影业经营范围包括电影发行、设计、制作、代理、发布广告和电视剧制作发行等。新成立的暴风影业将开发原创IP，布局IP购买、IP制作、影视剧购买到影游互动等产业链。
