北京将提前一年完成“1200家污染企业退出”的任务
新京报快讯(记者邓琦)北京市经信委主任张伯旭今日做客“对话一把手”时介绍，今年，北京将继续有序疏解非首都功能，完成300家一般制造和污染企业退出任务。这也意味着，北京将比原计划提前一年全面完成1200家污染企业的退出任务。
京津冀三地的产业发展具体如何侧重? 张伯旭介绍，根据去年出台的《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》，北京重点做好科技创新中心，天津重点做好先进制造研发基地，河北省重点做好产业转型升级试验区，共同统筹推进产业的重新布局，实现三地的协同联动发展。

“我可以告诉大家，任何企业的转移都不是孤立的，政府在里面要起一些引导作用，包括为他们准备转移的条件，做一些善后工作等。”他说，企业转移以后，研发可以留在北京，北京的一些政策条件，比如说中关村的一些优惠政策，都还可以利用。
