  消息另一个重点在于这些飞机巡航的范围:黄岩岛等岛礁附近空域。

  关注中国军事发展的岛民们都知道,中国空军近二十年来虽然发展了很多款让国人为之振奋的新机型,但还有很多制约着空军远程打击能力提高的地方。


  这是因为,打仗并不是仅有飞机就可以的,还有很多关键因素,比如为飞机提供加油、检修、供电、制冷服务的地勤设备,等等。而这些设备,要么常驻某些地区,要么由大型运输机来运送,这样才能在部署速度上与飞机同步。


  而对于幅员辽阔的南海区域来说,能实现常态化巡航,表明中国空军已经开始逐步解决远程打击能力方面存在的不足。在这里,岛叔依然强调,看军事要“串起来”——这也就是为什么7月初,军方高调报道中国的运-20战略运输机正式列装空军航空兵部队的原因。

  在岛叔看来,军改之后,各种战斗训练更注重的是战区主导下的多军兵种作战,强调的是各军兵种一体互动。无论是空军发言人,还是海军司令员,从他们的表态中,以及最近中国的军事动向——“运-20”列装、南海军演、海警巡航、多种机型常态化巡航等等——都可以看出,在南海事态上,中国的策略更像一根弹簧,当施加的外力越大时,它的反弹也更大。这些信息也从多个方面证明,中国对南海的控制将更加牢固,一旦发生不测,中国的海空力量将有更多机会和时间来完成维护国家海洋权益的任务。
