防控南海 中国南部战区布下五虎上将

　　军改后，军种主建、战区主战。南部战区扼守祖国的南大门，维护南海权益是战区肩负的最重要使命。能否有效完成这一使命，战区将领是关键。

　　战区司令员王教成，17岁入伍，长期在南京军区服役，经历过野战部队、军区机关等多个岗位的历练，并参加过边境反击战。1988年，他曾在南京军区三界训练基地担任过副司令员。资料显示，这个基地是我军第一个合同战术训练基地，被命名为“东方欧文堡”。可见，王教成是位精通作训和实战的将领。

　　战区副司令员陈照海，曾任原广州军区副司令员。20年前，他成为了中央军委向俄罗斯派遣的42位军事留学生之一，是首批赴俄总参军事学院留学的中高级指挥官。

　　打赢现代战争，离不开信息化。战区陆军司令员刘小午，就是一位“信息战”高手。他曾到美国曼哈顿大学攻读计算机专业硕士，后又到国防大学攻读了作战指挥专业硕士。他的毕业论文《面向信息化战争的思考论我军指挥手段快速发展》，深入探讨了部队现行指挥手段中信息化运用存在的短板问题。

　　不光有高学历，刘小午还通过不断学习，走向“强能力”，成为指挥、技术合一型指挥员。2004年，他曾带头攻关出一个集所有指挥要素于一体的作战指挥系统，在对抗性演练中“牛刀初试”，便显示出“千里眼”的功能，“我在哪里?”“友邻在哪里?”“敌人在哪里?”这一新系统让战场变得“透明化”。

　　地面有雄狮，空中有雄鹰。战区副司令员常丁求，是全军最年轻的现役大军区职军官。他曾在恶劣天气时，头一个带领机队参加考核，5分钟内取得三战三捷的战绩。在常丁求曾任师长的空军航空兵某师营院内，至今还立着一块“敢”字碑，在此鼓舞之下，常丁求迅速成为一名卓越的指挥员。

　　南海军演演习指挥员，是南海舰队司令员沈金龙，军演期间他频繁在媒体上亮相。2014年8月，沈金龙担任编队指挥员的中国海军舰艇编队，曾赴夏威夷参加2014年环太平洋军演，这是历史上中方首次参加该演习。这次海外之行，让他备受关注。

　　吴胜利上将说：“我们绝不会牺牲南海主权权益，这是中国的核心利益，事关我们党的执政基础、国家的安全稳定、中华民族的根本利益，不要指望我们在领土主权上作出让步。”当前，三军用命、将士齐心，无论南海形势如何，中国都不会害怕。这不光是因为我们站在正义一方，更因为我们做好了时刻战斗的准备。
