日前,滴滴出行联合深圳市职业技术学院交通运输物流研究中心在深圳五洲宾馆举办“出租车与网约车融合发展研讨会”。会议透露,目前深圳出租车司机中有近七成使用移动打车APP接单,同时日均约有10万人通过移动平台发出出租车订单。

滴滴日接订单1400万

滴滴出行透露,目前平台已拥有3亿注册用户,近1500万注册司机,日完成订单突破1400万单。其中,在移动出行渗透率高的城市,各类网约车平台的专车、快车、顺风车承接的订单已经接近原有整个出租车市场的订单。

会议首次较详细地透露了深圳出租车行业使用移动打车APP的情况。目前深圳约有出租车1.72万辆,截至今年6月,移动打车软件在出租车司机群体中的整体利用率约为68%,日均在线司机23879人,日均抢单司机17568人,而线上日均出租车呼叫人数为10万人左右。线上呼叫出租车整体成功率达到76%,同时线上订单均价达到了43元,显著高于线下订单水平。

融合发展势在必行

深圳市政协委员、深圳职业技术学院教授王雪在会上指出,网约车的发展已经深刻改变了人们出行方式,也不可避免地对传统出租车运营模式带来影响。在智能出行大环境之下,网约车与出租车必须探索融合发展之路。

市人大代表杨勤则指出,网约车的出行更好地满足了消费者的出行需求,传统的出租车牌照经营模式已经过时,政府应尽快出台新政,推动两者的融合发展,实现打车出行的市场化。他同时提出,网约车发展迅速,也确实衍生出一些问题,政府要做的是快点管起来,对之予以规范,完善安全管理、市场准入登记、税务、保险等相应的平台,但在操作层面开始的时候可以放宽点,后面遇到问题再有针对性的修正、完善。

深圳市上超汽车出租有限公司总经理杨强称,眼下面对网约车的冲击,出租车公司的确存在司机收入低、管理缺乏活力等实际困难,目前公司正在对“承包经营”等传统管理模式进行重新审视,寻求新形势下管理、市场、制度和技术创新路径,并在出租车和网约车合作方面进行积极探索。他认为,在出租车与网约车融合发展中,最重要的是互联网企业与传统企业双方需要建立信任

滴滴出行深圳区域总经理朱员德透露,滴滴已投入1亿元人民币建立出租车与网约车融合发展基金,主要用于对出租车服务转型升级进行资金补贴。
