报告显示，在来自去产能行业的司机中，有53万来自钢铁、煤炭等落后产能行业。其中，来自钢铁行业的滴滴司机为21.9万，来自煤炭行业的滴滴司机为31.1万。除煤炭和钢铁行业外，还有48%的司机来自纺织、化工等其他传统落后产能。

报告指出，在山西、四川、黑龙江等省份，来自煤炭钢铁行业的滴滴司机占比最高，分别占到该省滴滴司机总量的28.5%、24.8%、20.3%。

报告表示，对于去产能行业原月收入在1000-2000元(人民币，下同)的职工来说，全职开滴滴让他们的平均月收入至少提高到1.5倍。而对于在去产能行业中隐性失业且收入水平较低的职工来说，兼职开滴滴也补贴了家用，帮助他们维持正常生活水平，改善生活质量。

报告认为，滴滴已经成为重点去产能行业的“就业蓄水池”。在寻找下一份工作时，去产能行业的职工，可以先通过滴滴平台实现灵活就业，等到经济转型出现新的合适的就业机会后，这些职工可以有序地从“蓄水池”中流出，实现稳妥的再就业。
