China planning rail mileage decade multiplied 2030 connected cities

Third comprehensive transport hub: further optimizing distribution of railway passenger and freight transport hub, forming system, one easy, fusion of the modern integrated transport hub to achieve passenger transfer "zero distance", logistics link "seamless", transport services of "integration".


Fei Zhirong said that these network after implementation, long term railway network will reach about 200,000 km, of which about 45,000 kilometers of high speed railway.   中新社北京7月20日电(记者 周锐 吴凯)中国计划在未来10年把高速铁路里程从现有的1.9万公里增加至3.8万公里。


  到2030年时,中国高铁总里程更是有望达到4.5万公里。届时,高速铁路网基本连接省会城市和其他50万人口以上大中城市,实现相邻大中城市间1—4小时交通圈。


  中国中国国家发展改革委员会20日在京发布最新修订的《中长期铁路网规划》。中国国家发展改革委员会基础产业司司长费志荣介绍说,截至2015年底,中国铁路营业里程已达12.1万公里,其中高速铁路1.9万公里,提前实现原规划目标。


  他表示,从总体上看,当前中国铁路运能紧张状况基本缓解,瓶颈制约基本消除,基本适应经济社会发展需要。但铁路与发展新形势新要求相比,仍然存在路网布局尚不完善、运行效率有待提高、结构性矛盾较突出等不足。


  据介绍,本次《规划》期限为2016-2025年,远期展望到2030年。规划显示,到2025年,铁路网规模达到17.5万公里左右,其中高速铁路3.8万公里左右。展望到2030年,基本实现内外互联互通、区际多路畅通、省会高铁连通、地市快速通达、县域基本覆盖。


  此次规划的方案包括三个部分。其一是高速铁路网:在原规划“四纵四横”主骨架基础上,增加客流支撑、标准适宜、发展需要的高速铁路,同时充分利用既有铁路,形成以“八纵八横”主通道为骨架、区域连接线衔接、城际铁路补充的高速铁路网。


  其二是普速铁路网:重点围绕扩大中西部路网覆盖,完善东部网络布局,提升既有路网质量,推进周边互联互通。


  其三是综合交通枢纽:进一步优化铁路客、货运枢纽布局,形成系统配套、一体便捷、站城融合的现代化综合交通枢纽,实现客运换乘“零距离”、物流衔接“无缝化”、运输服务“一体化”。


  费志荣指出,上述路网方案实现后,远期铁路网规模将达到20万公里左右,其中高速铁路4.5万公里左右。全国铁路网全面连接20万人口以上城市,高速铁路网基本连接省会城市和其他50万人口以上大中城市,实现相邻大中城市间1—4小时交通圈。(完)
