　　中新网呼和浩特7月20日电 （王柄程郝大为）20日，内蒙古自治区呼和浩特海关对外发布表示，海关缉私部门日前破获一起特大涉嫌走私、非法经营香烟案，初步估计涉案金额约2.45亿元（人民币，下同）。据悉，该案系中国首例在安检区内查获的冒充免税店香烟走私、非法经营案件。

　　据呼和浩特海关提供材料显示，2015年5月，据情报线索反馈，在包头市机场安检区内发现有商铺销售贩卖疑似走私香烟。经查，缉私部门判断该经销企业涉嫌贩卖走私入境各国香烟。于2015年7月30日立案侦查，成立专案组，代号为“7.30”案。

　　据悉，中国卷烟进口最惠国税率25%（普通汇率180%）、增值税17%、消费税56%。该卷烟走私团伙利用走私渠道非法进口卷烟逃避征税，在中国境内销售牟取暴利。自2012年6月以来，该团伙共涉嫌走私香烟案值约2.45亿元，涉税1.5亿元。
