　　距离被云南省高院宣布无罪释放已过去整整7个月，但钱仁风（曾用名钱仁凤）案的真凶却迟迟未浮出水面。这对于代理律师杨柱来说，是块心病——“帮钱仁风申请国家赔偿已变得次要，让真凶受到法律严惩才是抚平被冤人伤痕的最好办法和推进法治建设最切实的行动”。

　　那么，真凶在哪里？

　　在杨柱和本案另一位受害人、当事幼儿园园长朱梅来看，真凶很可能就藏在巧家县，甚至就是5次纵火烧毁她家房屋那个“很明了”的人。

　　但要查到真凶，杨柱的话意味深长，“还有很多路要走……”甚至，在这条路上，朱梅的父亲已于近日连续遭受两次威胁，杨柱甚至还自称收到了不要再追查真凶的“招呼”。

　　投毒案发同时，幼儿园长家曾多次被人纵火

　　钱仁风自由了，但杨柱并没有闲下来，甚至还有些郁闷。

　　他正在做两件事，一是帮钱仁风申请国家赔偿；二是四处奔走、发声明，请求更高一级中国公安部门指定异地公安对钱仁风案启动重新调查，原联合办案单位昭通市公安局和巧家县公安局主动回避。

　　但截至7月19日封面新闻记者专访他，他的请求并未得到确切回应。

　　这是他郁闷的真因。

　　2002年2月，云南省巧家县“星蕊宝宝园”幼儿园发生投毒案，一名2岁女童因“摄入毒鼠强”身亡。当晚，幼儿园17岁的保姆钱仁风被锁定为作案嫌疑人，并由此失去人身自由。2012年12月，云南省高院以“投放危险物质罪”判处钱仁风无期徒刑。在狱中，钱仁风不断申诉。检方复查发现，钱仁风案事实不清，证据不足。2015年12月21日，云南省高院宣布钱仁风无罪，当庭释放。至此，钱仁风已被关押、服刑13年零10个月。

　　促成钱仁风无罪释放重获自由的，是律师杨柱和杨名跨。

　　2010年，云南省某监狱组织的法律援助活动上，钱仁风不顾看守阻拦，冲到杨柱面前下跪求助……

　　杨柱决定免费接手她的案子。

　　再后来，远至北京，近到昆明，杨柱成了云南省检察院、云南省高院的常客。随后，律师杨名跨增援，最终促成这桩陈案的复查。

　　但杨柱告诉封面新闻记者，他并不想炫耀这些，他更想表达的是，在搜集钱仁风非“投毒”凶手证据的同时，他查到了本案的另一些线索——导致事发幼儿园朱梅家的房屋、摩托车被烧毁的与投毒几乎同时发生的多起人为纵火案。

　　在杨柱看来，这些线索与投毒案有着无法绕过的关联：

　　2002年2月14日至2月22日投毒案发，短短一个月时间，朱梅家曾连续4次遭到人为纵火，多辆摩托车被烧。十年之后，杨柱和助手随行四人再次到巧家县调查此案。几天后，朱梅家的老楼再次被人纵火。这次火势更大，朱梅的表哥和侄儿尚在家中，“差点被烧死”。

　　纵火与投毒是否为同一人？14年来无解释

　　纵火的人是谁？杨柱和朱梅一家为何认为它与投毒有关联？

　　投毒案发生后，警方将嫌疑人锁定为幼儿园17岁的保姆钱仁风。多家媒体报道，当年警方在调查幼儿园园长朱梅时，她提到了家中被人4次故意纵火的事，并怀疑纵火与投毒可能有联系，但并未获得重视。

　　朱梅怀疑的，是当年她的两位追求者。

　　“当年，巧家县某局长的儿子罗某，是朱梅的疯狂追求者，屡次追求被朱梅拒绝。后来，另一青年谢某加入到追求罗某的行业，也被朱梅拒绝。”杨柱说。

　　案卷显示，罗某和谢某被朱梅拒绝后，心生怨恨，竟然联手偷盗朱梅家财物3次，造成损失共计6000多元。随后朱梅报案，两人被警方抓获。不久，两人被释放。

　　蹊跷的是，自从罗某于2002年1月14日被释放，到2月22日投毒案发，短短一个月内，朱梅家便遭到4次人为纵火。

　　另一次更为重大的，便是众所周知的被投毒。

　　为此，警方在调查询问朱梅时，考虑到了嫌疑人的作案动机是否属于报复。

　　杨柱告诉封面新闻记者，警方侦查笔录第98页便写道，朱梅在第一次接受调查时，警方问她，谁和她矛盾大，有没有人想报复她，朱梅回答：“和自己仇恨最大的就是这两个人（罗某和谢某）”。

　　但令他和朱梅等人遗憾的是，14年过去，这一系列纵火案依旧没有破，警方也没有把它与投毒案进行并案侦查。国内多家媒体在近段时间的报道中，也多次提到纵火案至今无结果的事，但当地警方并未回应。7月20日，封面新闻记者电话咨询昭通市公安局相关工作人员，对方表示得咨询案发地的巧家县公安局，记者又多次拨打巧家县公安局电话，试图与相关负责人取得联系，以了解关于纵火的调查情况，但电话一直无人接听。

　　杨柱对封面新闻记者说，综合上述情况，他、杨名跨律师以及朱梅、朱梅父亲有理由怀疑，罗某、谢某有可能就是纵火案的嫌疑人，“因为他们曾因偷窃朱梅家的东西被捕，极有可能再次怀恨在心，又有充分的作案时间”。

　　2016年7月14日，在巧家县公安局通知朱梅父亲投毒案正式立案重查时，杨柱和杨名跨发表声明，希望中国公安部门将纵火案和投毒案并案侦查。

　　在此之前，杨柱曾对多家媒体说：“虽然当年参与侦查此案及做案发现场和辨认笔录的干警多达18名，却没有人对最重要的两个嫌疑人作出调查，而罗某的父亲曾任该县某局政委和某资源局副局长。”

　　受害方被威胁，律师追凶路上被“打招呼”

　　13年漫漫长夜过去，钱仁风被无罪释放。

　　2016年7月，云南省高院对钱仁风申请国家赔偿一案举行听证会，云南省高级人民法院副院长、国家赔偿委员会主任田成有代表省高院向钱仁风当面鞠躬道歉。

　　但就在此时，该案又生出些变故。

　　7月13日上午，杨柱接到了幼儿园园长朱梅父亲朱明华表哥的电话，对方称遭遇了一位“熟人”的威胁。

　　朱明华后来在接受多家媒体采访证实了此事，并回忆，7月12日白天，他去饭店里吃饭，突然发现一直被自己和律师怀疑的“熟人”罗某带着七八个人，进入饭店，在他隔壁桌坐下，“既不点餐吃饭，也不说话，就这样盯着我”。

　　晚上11点多，他独自一个人骑摩托车返回住所，行至住所附近的巧家公路养护段宿舍区时，罗某又出现了！这次，他依然带着人站在养护段门口，同样不说话，只是盯着他。

　　这让他感到阵阵寒意。

　　朱明华立即报案，巧家警方也作了笔录。

　　杨柱得知这一消息后，立刻向云南省高院有关部门提交了一份书面报案情况说明，“云南省高院当庭接受，并表示尽快交政法委协调处理”。

　　除了朱明华感受到威胁外，杨柱也感觉工作不好开展。他向封面新闻记者坦言，“压力非常大”。

　　“钱仁风获得自由，并不代表此案就终结了。这只是案件的一部分，最重要的是查出真凶，严惩造假甚至是栽赃之人，告慰死亡孩子……”
