　　新快报讯 记者周聪 实习生高灵灵 蔡露报道 为了当上深圳龙岗区人大代表，送数十万元港币；为了加快学校批复进程，行贿2000万元……今日，博雅教育集团董事长姚建造行贿深圳政法委原书记蒋尊玉一案在广州中院开庭。

　　为当人大代表“更衣室里送钱”

　　姚建造，生于1971年12月29日，户籍深圳福田区，文化程度小学，在深圳市福田区博雅教育集团担任董事长。

　　据起诉书指控，2011年至2014年间，被告人姚建造为谋取不正当利益，在获取深圳市龙岗区第五届人民代表大会代表、开办龙岗区国际学校的项目过程中，为获得曾担任深圳市龙岗区区委书记、中共深圳市委常委、政法委书记的蒋尊玉的帮助，分多次向蒋尊玉汇送现金港币数十万元，并通过李卫平向蒋尊玉行贿人民币两千万元。

　　姚建造是博雅教育集团的负责人，2011年他结识蒋尊玉，并知道李卫平与蒋尊玉是“好的朋友”。姚建造供述，自己与蒋尊玉时常约在一起打球。当时，姚建造在龙岗区开办了两所幼儿园和一所小学，因为人大代表在自己的民办教育学校中能起一定的作用，所以想参选人大代表。

　　在2011年的中秋节，在球场的更衣室里，姚建造用信封包装给了蒋尊玉10万港币现金，并对蒋尊玉说：“过节了，买点东西过节。”并向蒋尊玉表示自己有意参选区人大代表的事情。蒋尊玉当时虽未正面回应姚建造的请求，但从蒋尊玉后来的证言中显示，蒋尊玉确实“打了招呼”，使得姚建造顺利当选了龙岗区第五届人大代表。

　　至此，球场的更衣室，变成了姚建造向蒋尊玉送好处的不二之地。在随后的2012年到2013年，姚建造又在逢年过节时贿赠了共计40万元的港币给蒋尊玉，以此来搞好两人关系。

　　为开国际学校 行贿2000万元

　　2013年6月，蒋尊玉在一次打球散步时向姚建造表示，旧改项目能赚很多钱，让姚建造把2000万元人民币打到李卫平的卡上，用于参与坂田旧改项目。当时，姚建造正因为坂田国际学校的项目迟迟未能批示下来而烦恼。为了加快该项目的进度，让蒋尊玉帮忙给龙岗区教育局批文予以“支持”，也为了在旧改项目中赚取利益，姚建造分三次向李卫平的账户转了人民币共2000万元。

　　在法庭上，姚建造多次提及，在蒋尊玉提出赠送贿款之后，博雅教育集团一下子不能拿出这笔钱。为此，他与集团的财务人员、学校的校长等人多次召开会议，从财务部门以及博雅教育旗下的其他学校周转。姚建造还称，在给李卫平的账号打了1500万元之后，由于集团资金紧缺，剩下的500万元迟迟未能到位，李卫平还特地到办公室找他要。

　　后来，为了躲避检察机关的检查，李卫平还以个人名义向姚建造开出一张1500万元的借条，然而李卫平最终没有把这笔钱用在坂田旧改项目，也没有告诉他这笔钱去了哪里。而姚建造的国际学校至今还没有兴办成功，产权仍然属于政府。

　　目前，该案件仍在进一步审理中。
