中国居民人均预期寿命5年提高1.5岁 去年76.34岁

　　新华网北京7月21日消息，国家卫生计生委21日公布2015年我国卫生和计划生育事业发展统计公报。公报显示，我国居民健康水平不断提高，病人医药费用涨幅低于城乡居民人均收入增长，个人卫生支出比重下降。

　　统计公报显示，2015年我国居民人均预期寿命达到76.34岁，比2010年提高1.51岁。婴儿死亡率由2014年的8.9‰下降到2015年的8.1‰，孕产妇死亡率由21.7／10万下降到20.1／10万。

　　2015年，我国居民年均就诊5.6次，年住院率15.3人。根据统计数据，按可比价格计算，2015年公立医院次均门诊费用上涨4.7%；人均住院费用上涨5.1%；乡镇卫生院门诊和住院费用分别上涨4.2%和6.1%。病人费用涨幅低于城乡居民人均收入增长速度。同时，我国个人卫生支出比重继续下降。根据全国卫生总费用初步核算，2015年全国卫生总费用40587.7亿元，其中个人卫生支出占比29.97%，比去年下降2.02个百分点，实现了个人卫生支出比重降到30%以下的“十二五”规划目标。

　　统计公报还表明，我国社会办医有序推进，2015年民营医院占医院总数的52.6%，比上年提高4.1个百分点，非公医疗机构诊疗量已占到全国门诊总量的22.3%，多元办医格局初步形成。

　　此外，我国卫生服务能力提升，卫生技术人员和床位增长速度快于人口增长。2015年每千人口执业（助理）医师2.21人、注册护士2.36人、医疗卫生机构床位5.11张，分别比去年增加0.09人、0.16人、0.28张。
