河南警方：3男子组织网民非法围堵肯德基被拘|濮阳|围堵肯德基_新闻资讯

　　7月19日，濮阳市肯德基联华店、黄河路店相继发生多名网民聚集、拉条幅、围堵门店事件，濮阳市公安局胜利分局接报警后，及时处置并开展调查工作。

　　经调查，李某星（男，33岁，山东东阿人）、袁某勇（男，36岁，清丰县人）、刘某勇（男，41岁，华龙区人）组织网民非法围堵肯德基联华店、黄河路店，致使两店无法正常营业，其行为已扰乱单位生产经营秩序。7月20日，公安机关根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第二十三条规定，分别给予李某星行政拘留15日处罚，给予袁某勇、刘某勇行政拘留13日处罚。
