United Kingdom the "East Turkistan Islamic movement" in the list of terrorist organizations, China's Foreign Ministry responded

Q: recently, the United Kingdom Parliament and including the "East Turkistan Islamic movement", "of the banned terrorist organization" list, do you have any comments on this?

Answer: terrorism is a human enemy, terrorism knows no borders. The "East Turkistan Islamic movement" is an internationally recognized terrorist organization. We on the United Kingdom Government would "East Turkistan Islamic movement" included in the update, such as "of the banned terrorist organization" list, prohibits any person or entity participating in or supporting the organization expressed appreciation, on the international community, including the British further recognize "East Turkistan Islamic movement" welcomes the critical nature and harmfulness. We wish to cooperate with the British side and other parties concerned to further strengthen pragmatic cooperation in counter-terrorism and resolutely fight the forces of international terrorism, to maintain international and regional peace and stability and the people's life and property safety.

英国将“东伊运”列入恐怖组织名单 中国外交部回应

　　问：近日，英国议会审议并通过包括“东突厥斯坦伊斯兰运动”在内的“被禁止的恐怖组织”名单，请问中方对此有何看法？

　　答：恐怖主义是人类公敌，反恐没有国界。“东突厥斯坦伊斯兰运动”是国际社会公认的恐怖组织。我们对英国政府将“东伊运”等列入更新的“被禁止的恐怖组织”名单，禁止任何人或实体参与或支持该组织表示赞赏，对包括英方在内的国际社会进一步认清“东伊运”的暴恐本质和现实危害表示欢迎。我们愿同英方等有关各方一道，进一步加强反恐务实合作，坚决打击国际恐怖主义势力，共同维护国际和地区和平稳定及人民生命财产安全。
