　　新华社华盛顿7月20日电（记者郑启航）美国商务部20日宣布初裁结果，认定从中国进口的大型洗衣机存在倾销行为。

　　美国商务部当天发表声明说，初步认定中国出口到美国的上述产品存在倾销行为，倾销幅度为49.88%至111.09%。基于倾销幅度的初裁结果，美国商务部将通知美国海关对中国出口的上述产品征收相应的保证金。

　　为回应美国惠而浦公司的申诉，美国商务部于今年1月对从中国进口的上述产品发起反倾销调查。

　　根据美方程序，美国商务部和国际贸易委员会将分别于今年12月和明年1月对上述调查作出终裁。如果两家机构均作出肯定性终裁，认定从中国进口的此类产品给美国相关产业造成实质性损害或威胁，美国商务部将要求海关对相关产品征收反倾销关税。

　　根据美国商务部的数据，2014年美国从中国进口的这类产品金额为8.99亿美元。

　　对于中国和美国之间的贸易摩擦，中国商务部多次表示，希望美国政府恪守反对贸易保护主义承诺，共同维护自由、开放、公正的国际贸易环境，以更加理性的方法妥善处理贸易摩擦。（完）
