　　中国商务部贸易救济调查局负责人21日就此发表谈话表示，本案中两家强制应诉企业均为大型跨国公司的在华投资企业，其生产经营和会计准则等均采用国际通行做法，但美调查机关拒绝使用企业自身数据，而是基于替代价值等错误做法推算出所谓的“倾销幅度”，与实际情况明显不符。

　　“我们了解到，中国有关涉案企业还会进一步做好法律抗辩工作，陈述未对美倾销的主张。”该负责人说，“在此，我们敦促美调查机关能认真听取中国涉案企业抗辩意见，放弃错误做法”。
