周永康系列案通过法院判决追回至少5.8亿元
“政事儿”不完全统计，截至目前，“周老虎”系列案通过法院判决追回的金额至少有5.8亿元。
周永康之子周滨的“白手套”米晓东、陈刚和赵明等七人，已分别于近日在湖北宜昌获刑。
“政事儿”注意到，米晓东跟周滨曾经是“睡在上铺的兄弟”，两人是大学室友，经常一起打篮球。
米晓东以及陈刚、赵明、杨保东等四人，虽然没有出现在周永康的判决书中，不过，检方指控，四人伙同周滨，利用周永康的职权和地位形成的便利条件牟利。法院也认定，四人犯有利用影响力受贿罪。
周滨 周永康的判决书显示，“周老虎”的犯罪行为造成了严重的经济损失，其受贿共计折合人民币1.29772113亿元，滥用职权为其子等人牟利，造成经济损失14.86亿余元。最终，周永康被判无期徒刑，并没收个人全部财产，但官方并未说明全部财产的具体数额。
在米晓东等人获刑前，周永康妻子贾晓晔案、其子周滨案、“国师”曹永正案等跟周永康有关联的案件陆续宣判。“政事儿”不完全统计，截至目前，“周老虎”系列案通过法院判决追回的金额至少有5.8亿余元。
官员“朋友圈”：已没收财产200万元
周永康“门徒”众多，“秘书帮”、“石油帮”、“四川帮”等等，此前，“秘书帮”主要成员冀文林、“四川帮”主要成员李崇禧等均已获刑。
不过，“政事儿”注意到，依据周永康的判决书，与周案直接有牵连的官员共计4人：
四川省原省委副书记李春城、国资委原主任蒋洁敏、吕梁原市长丁雪峰、中石油原监事温青山。
4人中，温青山、丁雪峰均被曝带走调查。周永康判决书也显示，丁雪峰、温青山都曾向周永康的家人行贿，周永康则为二人谋取利益。
李春城、蒋洁敏已于去年10月获刑13年、16年，还都被判处没收个人财产100万元。
李春城 “政事儿”注意到，李春城、蒋洁敏的判决书中都提到，两人的受贿所得财物，还有蒋洁敏的巨额财产来源不明的财物、滥用职权使他人获取的非法利益，均“予以追缴，上缴国库”。
这意味着，除了没收个人财产100万元，李春城、蒋洁敏的其他非法所得亦被追缴。
李春城的受贿所得达3979.7597万元；蒋洁敏的受贿所得1403.9073万元，不能说明来源的巨额财产达1476.6174万元。这些非法所得，有多少被追缴？官方没有披露具体金额。
商人“朋友圈”：已追回2.3亿余元
“政事儿”注意到，依据判决书，跟周永康案直接有关联的商人有三人，吴兵、何燕、曹永正。
曹永正被称为“周永康最信任的人”，周永康曾经违法将5份绝密级文件、1份机密级文件交给了他。据“政事儿”了解，2005年上半年，曹永正为涉足油田开发业务请周永康帮忙，周永康安排他与时任中国石油天然气集团公司副总经理蒋洁敏相识。蒋洁敏违规为曹永正在吉林油田、长庆油田等“区块合作”项目上进行审批，使曹永正的空壳公司得以大肆攫取巨额利润。
7月8日，曹永正因犯非法转让、倒卖土地使用权罪、行贿罪、数罪并罚，被判处有期徒刑7年，并处罚金7300万元。
曹永正 吴兵被曝系中旭投资有限公司的实际控制人，何燕被曝系国腾电子实际控制人。周永康判决书显示，周曾为两人谋取利益。但截至目前，官方没有披露跟两人有关的信息。
最新宣判的米晓东等七人案件，其中四人被认定为伙同周滨，利用周永康影响力犯罪。
这四人分别是北京汇盛阳光投资管理有限公司总经理米晓东、北京海天永丰石油销售有限公司副总经理陈刚、北京中旭阳光能源科技股份有限公司总经理赵明、北京金鼎悦投资管理中心法定代表人杨保东。
米晓东获刑五年，并处罚金3000万元，违法所得人民币1275.7万元、美元105万元予以追缴、上缴国库；陈刚获刑三年六个月，并处罚金人民币40万元，违法所得人民币13万元予以追缴，上缴国库；赵明获刑三年，并处罚金人民币110万元，违法所得人民币29.18万元予以追缴，上缴国库；杨保东获刑四年，并处罚金3000万元，违法所得人民币1729.5万元予以追缴，上缴国库。
另外三人都是周滨为大股东的中旭阳光的员工，被判处串通投标罪：副总经理路宁龙判处有期徒刑二年，缓刑二年，并处罚金人民币30万元；副总经理刘岩被判有期徒刑一年，缓刑二年，并处罚金人民币20万元；技术总监罗奎犯串通投标罪，免于刑事处罚。
此外，中旭阳光也因犯串通投标罪，判处罚金5963.7163万元。
综上，周永康的商人“朋友圈”中，截至目前已追回人民币22511万元，美元105万元。 按目前的汇率计算，合计追回2.3亿余元。
“家人团”：没收财产3.5亿余元
“政事儿”注意到，来自媒体的报道显示，不下9名家人卷入到周案中：
长子周滨、妻子贾晓晔、三弟周元青、侄子周锋和周灏、妻妹贾晓霞、大儿媳黄婉、亲家詹敏利、二弟媳周玲英。
周永康的判决书则显示，长子周滨、妻子贾晓晔、三弟周元青、侄子周锋都是周案的直接涉案人。判决书中出现了周灏的名字，但没有披露其身份。有媒体报道，周灏曾任中石油集团辽河油田公司党委书记，是周永康的远房侄子。
截至目前，官方未披露跟周元青、周锋、周灏有关的消息。周滨、贾晓晔都已于今年6月获刑。
贾晓晔犯受贿罪、利用影响力受贿罪，判处有期徒刑九年，并处罚金人民币一百万元；对其受贿所得赃款赃物予以追缴，上缴国库。不过，官方未披露追缴赃款赃物的具体金额。
周滨犯受贿罪、利用影响力受贿罪、非法经营罪，被判处有期徒刑18年，并处罚金人民币3.502亿元。判决书也提到，对其违法所得予以追缴，上缴国库，也未披露具体金额。
综上，周永康的“家人团”，截至目前已没收财产大约3.512亿元。
