　　在该报道刊出的当年——2009年，梁家荣的父亲梁社增第一次出现在胡润百富榜，并以27亿元个人资产登上珠海首富宝座。而在2015年的胡润百富榜中，梁社增以57亿元身家位列大陆富豪644名。

　　据坊间多位知情者称，梁社增并不真正涉足房地产行业和打点公司生意，其背后是其子梁家荣。而梁家荣在二十多年前，梁家荣还只是一名普通的农家子弟。

　　南方都市报记者曾在梁家荣故乡珠海市斗门区乾务镇乾东村采访发现，梁家荣在当地知名度也并不高，只有一些上了年纪的村民才知道其名字。知情的村民们称他为“世界仔”，意为“闯世界的年轻人”。

　　今日，仅梁家荣个人仍持有世荣兆业1.63亿股，按照收盘价9.55元/股计算，其个人所持股份市值达到15.57亿元。

　　据南方都市报报道，村民对梁家荣评价是：敢闯敢拼的后生仔，为人慷慨。村里居民对记者称，梁家荣父子对村里也从不吝啬，除了给老人“派利是”，村里成绩优秀的学生在求学期间，很多都得到过他的资助和奖励。

　　据世荣兆业2015年年报显示，梁家荣自2007年7月起，任珠海威尔集团有限公司董事、总经理；2007年7月起，任世荣兆业董事；2008年10月起，任世荣兆业董事长。2015年，其从上市公司获取的报酬为140.07万元。

　　而公司实际控制人为梁家荣的父亲梁社增，梁社增亦为日喀则市世荣投资管理有限公司之控股股东。需要注意的是，日喀则市世荣投资持有世荣兆业0.37%股份。为此，梁家荣、梁社增、日喀则市世荣投资三者为一致行动人，直接或间接持有世荣兆业74.09%股份。

　　资料显示，世荣兆业主营业务为房地产开发与经营，所开发项目主要集中在珠海。不过，世荣兆业在今年第一季度业绩并不理想，其营收4379.6万元，较2015年同期增加142.53%，但归属净利润为-3469.8万元，同比下滑34.33%。

　　世荣兆业并未对其业绩下滑作出解释，但公司秘闻（ID：high3c）发现，今年一季度，其营业成本、营业税金及附加较上年同期分别增加98.79%和150.30%。同时，报告期内公司财务费用较上年同期增加543.77%。

　　对于公司董事长梁家荣因涉嫌洗钱罪被监视居住一事，7月20日中午，世荣兆业公告称，该事项仅涉及梁家荣董事长个人，与公司没有任何关系。

　　“公司具有完全自主的独立性，公司在资产、财务等方面和股东、董事、监事、高管完全独立，公司长期以来一直依法合规经营，公司不会涉及任何该等不利事项。”世荣兆业称，公司拥有一套成熟的管理体系和管理团队，经营管理均按计划有序进行。

　　证券律师王智斌对公司秘闻（ID：high3c）表示，根据情节是否严重，洗钱罪最高可处10年有期徒刑，没收犯罪所得及其产生的收益，并处洗钱金额20%的罚金；判处最轻的是没收违法所得、处以拘役，并处以最低5%的罚金

　　这一对公司“利空”的消息，并未影响其股票在二级市场上的表现。7月20日早盘，世荣兆业股票低开低走，盘中跌幅一度超8%。但从午盘开始，世荣兆业多次被拉涨。截止收盘，世荣兆业涨停，报收9.55元/股，盘中振幅达18.09%。
