  一。为何选择红米


  “选择红米单品全产业链,这是一个巧合的过程。”泉之道农业开发有限公司董事长赵金根说,“这与我之前做慢性病防治工作的经历有巨大关联。”这个关联要从6年前他的那段经历讲起。



  2010年,全国政协教科文卫体委员会联合卫生部、民政部、国家中医药管理局等5部门发起了慢性病防治进社区的宣传活动。此后的6年时间里,作为该项目的承办单位,赵金根的公司投入了大量的人力物力,为慢性病防治做了大量工作。


  就是从那时起,赵金根逐渐了解到慢性病患者在中国是多么巨大的一个群体,全国有2亿多 人患上了高血压、糖尿病等慢性疾病,且有年轻化趋势。也是从那时起,赵金根理解了古语“病从口入”的含义,因为很多慢性病都是饮食不安全、不健康、不科学 造成的。随着“毒奶粉”、“纸馅包子”、“黑心豆芽”“陈化粮致癌大米”等触目惊心的事件相继发生,为了让国人吃得科学、健康与安全,赵金根萌发了做生态 有机农业、健康营养食品的念头。



  赵金根的家乡位于安徽大别山地区,那里山峦叠嶂,风景秀丽,但那里也聚集了多个国家级贫困县。报效家乡,为家乡的发展贡献一点力量,也是赵金根一直的心愿。


  2013年春节,赵金根回家乡探亲,在与太湖县政府的一位朋友相聚时,说起自己回家乡投资有机农业的想法。那位朋友立刻想到了红稻米。朋友说,山里有一种红稻米,营养价值非常高,可以延年益寿,山里吃红米的长寿老人很多。


  于是,年还没有过完,朋友就带着他走进了大山,寻找种植红稻米的人家。两天的走访,让他们兴奋不已。原来,种植这种红稻不用施化肥,因为稻杆很高,施肥 后会长得更高,很容易倒伏。也不用打农药,因为山里天然的小气候,害虫几乎不能在那里产卵。用山泉水灌溉,是真正的纯天然的农作物。


  为 印证红米的营养价值,春节过后,赵金根带了两大袋红米回到了北京。他迅速找到了中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院的何计国教授。何教授是食品营养方面的 专家。何教授的检测,再次印证了红米的营养价值。他们检测发现该红米中富含膳食纤维、赖氨酸及钙、锌、硒、铁、钠等多种微量元素。恰恰这些营养元素对于慢 性病的防治有很大的作用,这似乎又轮回到了赵金根慢性病防治的轨迹上。


  此后3年,赵金根一头扎进了红米种植事业中,组建队伍、规模种植、商业洽谈、产品研发、销售渠道拓展等等,忙得不亦乐乎。



  二。为何选择红米早餐


  “在农村的大山里呆时间长了,和农民兄弟打交道久了,再回到城市,尤其是北京这样的大城市,你会很不适应。”赵金根说,“无论是公交地铁里,还是开车行驶在大街上,你看到的永远是湍急的人流,忙碌的身影,早晚高峰更是如此。”



  赵金根说,当他坐在田间地头时,脑子里经常会浮现城市上班族一边赶路一边胡乱吃着早餐的场景。


  “许多人加班熬夜,起得比较晚,早上常常是凑合到路边摊或路边店临时买点吃的。说实话,路边早餐的卫生和营养绝对难以保证,对身体健康的损害也是日积月累的。”赵金根说。


  有调查显示,接近95%的人认为吃早餐很重要,47%的人不能坚持吃早餐。2015年3月,赵金根决定开发一款适合上班族食用的、方便快捷的营养早餐。他的想法得到了何计国教授的大力支持。


  俗话说,早餐要吃好,午餐要吃饱,晚餐要吃少。国外的话法是,早餐吃得像国王,午餐吃得像绅士,晚餐吃得像贫民。对此,何计国教授的解释是,早餐的营养摄取量要占到一天的30%,吃早餐的人,精力、抵抗力都要比不吃早餐的人强,患高胆固醇、糖尿病的风险都会低一些。


  做红米早餐,还有一个原因是,红米属于野生旱稻类粗粮作物,质地较硬,直接做米饭和粥,需要加热很长时间,食用口感也不好,所以,加工成营养早餐,既改变了食用口感,又保证了营养搭配,一举两得。


  目前,作为“红米源”营养早餐的营养配方首席专家,何计国教授正带领团队开发更多的系列红米产品,如红米发芽米露、红米布丁、红米饼等。



  三。为何选择单品全产业链


  “现在一些有机食品公司或有机农业公司,其实只是销售公司,他们自己不参与种植生产,无法做到真正的过程监控,这样就很难从源头保证产品的绝对有机、无公害。”赵金根说,“为了确保从源头到终端全程可控,我们公司从创立开始,就坚定一条:只做农业单品,做深、做精,垂直化运营。”



  目前,泉之道(北京)农业开发有限公司在安徽太湖的自有基地已经有3000多亩,但由于是野生稻种纯天然生长,所以产量不高,每亩田年产量只有300斤。为扩大产量,公司计划明年将基地扩大至10000亩,未来,计划向邻县的山区拓展,最终达到10万亩的期望规模。


  “我们在生产种植、研发都做到了独立可控,目前正在拓展自己的线上和线下销售渠道。未来,我们会拥有自己的产品加工线,会开自己的品牌店,把‘红米源’单品全产业链做实做强,让更多的人吃到有机营养早餐。”赵金根说这是他的中国梦。(金琳)
