中国中央官员因公出国一次多少钱？最多的每人每次近13万
新京报快讯(记者吴为)今日，近90个单位公布了因公出国(境)决算费用，这些中央单位2015年总共花费了10.1亿元出国(境)经费。其中，国家体育总局花销最大，出国(境)开支为2.39亿元，中国国务院机关事务管理局开支最少，为27.27万元。
近80个单位同时公布了因公出国(境)经费及出国人次数，新京报记者统计发现，这些中央部门2015年总共支出9.6亿元，用于5.52万人次的出国(境)开销。照此计算，中央官员每人出国一次的开销在1.74万元左右。
因公出国(境)花钱最省的要属共青团中央，该单位每人次出国(境)费用仅为4600元。为什么如此省钱?从团中央的说明中，新京报记者看到，该单位的出国以多人次组团出国为主，主要是派青少年交流团。2015年，团中央共派出青少年交流团75个、1944人次，每个团平均26人。
而平均每人次出国(境)花费最多的要属中国国务院南水北调办。该单位2015年因公出国(境)费支出77.60万元，共计1个出国团组，6人次。平均每人次花销12.93万元。
这也是近80个单位中唯一一个每人次平均出国(境)花销在10万元以上的单位。南水北调办在说明中表示这些费用“主要用于学习借鉴工程建设管理经验”。
