“红二代”上将刘亚洲捐款18次 钱从哪儿来？

　　“政事儿”统计发现，刘亚洲十几年来至少捐资18次，其中大部分资金都是他的稿费。而其捐款对象则多是革命老区，助力推动当地教育事业和革命纪念园区建设。

　　近日，国防大学政委、空军上将刘亚洲向革命老区湖北随州九口堰新四军第五师纪念园捐赠稿费20万元。

　　刘亚洲嘱托，要专款专用，把纪念园建设好、保护好、使用好，以传播红色文化，弘扬革命精神，造福老区人民。

　　刘亚洲的父亲刘德建是1939年参加革命的老八路，曾任兰州军区后勤部副政委，战功卓著。而其爱人李小林则是前国家主席李先念的女儿，现任中国人民对外友好协会会长。

　　“政事儿”注意到，有“高层文胆”、“军中才子”之称的刘亚洲，在上世纪80年代之初就开始创作，曾写出了《恶魔导演的战争》、《那就是马尔维纳斯》、《攻击、攻击、再攻击》等报告文学引发轰动。

　　后刘亚洲一直笔耕不辍，进入新世纪以来，刘亚洲在国家战略和军事战略上深入研究，推出了一系列作品，如《大国策》《西部论》《金门战役检讨》《大战略观》等宏文，引起国内外关注。据中国军网评价，“美国五角大楼自2005年以来，已秘密召开过数次研讨刘亚洲著作的会议”。

　　此外，刘亚洲还在多个媒体上开专栏，对军中热点、敏感问题犀利发声。在中国军网的“名家讲坛”专栏，刘亚洲一年来已发表25篇文章。6月3日，刘亚洲在《解放军报》发文，痛批郭伯雄、徐才厚把持军队大权时期，假忠诚、伪忠诚严重污染了军队的政治生态。

　　据“政事儿”梳理统计发现，刘亚洲十几年来频繁捐款，至少捐资18次，共计220多万元，其中大部分捐赠的是其稿费。而其捐款对象则多是革命老区、贫困山区小学、高校等，助力推动当地教育事业发展和革命纪念园区建设。

　　三次共捐35万助力革命园区建设

　　7月15日，刘亚洲委托国防大学大校李明海将刘亚洲捐赠的20万元稿费转交给随州九口堰新四军第五师纪念园。刘亚洲嘱托到：专款专用，把纪念馆建设好、保护好、使用好，以传播红色文化，弘扬革命精神，造福老区人民。

　　“政事儿”注意到，九口堰新四军第五师纪念园与刘亚洲岳父、前国家主席李先念有着深厚的渊源。

　　1939年12月，李先念率领鄂豫挺进纵队，进入九口堰地区，开辟白兆山根据地。1941年4月5日，鄂豫挺进纵队改编为新四军第五师，李先念于九口堰通电就职师长。后五师官兵在九口堰战斗生活达3年之久。

　　九口堰革命旧址纪念馆于1982年建成，2012年秋，随州市在旧馆附近兴建新园，并于2015年9月建成开放。

　　刘亚洲曾两次前往参观。2013年10月，刘亚洲第一次到九口堰，瞻仰新四军第五师司令部旧址，缅怀李先念。

　　今年6月23日，刘亚洲第二次来到九口堰参观，并决定个人捐出稿费20万元给纪念馆用于建设。

　　“政事儿”注意到，在2011年和2014年，刘亚洲也先后共捐15万元，用于革命纪念馆建设。

　　2011年，瑞安市抗美援朝志愿老兵马发泉联系108位志愿军老战士，自筹经费成立瑞安市抗美援朝历史教育馆。

　　马发泉认识刘亚洲的母亲，于是便跑到北京拜访，讲明情况后，刘亚洲一口答应，当场给了5万元。

　　2014年6月，作为国防大学政委的刘亚洲，带领国防大学轮训班学员到四川巴中市考察，瞻仰了川陕革命根据地博物馆、红军石刻陈列园和红军碑廊等。

　　刘亚洲向博物馆捐款10万元。

　　6次共捐140万建四所山区小学

　　“政事儿”发现，除了给革命纪念园区捐钱外，刘亚洲还曾先后捐钱共140万元，为贫困山区建设了至少四所小学。

　　2001年，时任北京军区政治部主任的刘亚洲，将其积攒的稿费30万元捐赠给革命老区湖北红安县天台山，建设了凌志希望小学。

　　天台山是李先念等老一辈革命家浴血奋战过的地方。当时由于自然条件差，交通不便，一直没有一所完整的小学，4个村的120多名学生失学流失较多，且两个年级共用一个教室。

　　刘亚洲在红安县考察时了解这一情况后，决心帮助老区人民建一所学校，从根本上改善孩子们的读书条件。

　　据报道，刘亚洲妻子李小林也曾募集资金350多万元，帮助红安县长丰村李家大屋27户村民建起新村，使农民住上了配有车库的楼房。

　　2003年5月，刘亚洲视察四川巴中市光雾山镇，两个月后刘亚洲捐赠了自己的稿费30万元，援建光雾山红军小学。2008年11月和2014年6月，刘亚洲又两次捐出了自己的稿费共计20万元，支持学校发展。

　　一年后，刘亚洲又向四川通江县空山乡小学捐资30万元，将原来仅几栋楼的瓦房学校改建为砖混结构教学楼，后该学校更名为空山乡先念小学。

　　2006年，刘亚洲向云南麻栗坡县猛洞乡老陶坪村仁先小学捐资30万，将学校搬迁重建，并为该校题写校名。

　　“政事儿”注意到，仁先小学原名叫堡脑小学。1982年，刘亚洲任空军政治部副营职干事时，曾到麻栗坡境内采访。在此，听说了王仁先战士上阵杀敌的故事，刘亚洲非常感动，每次到麻栗坡，都会到王仁先墓前祭拜。新学校建成后，遂改名为仁先小学。

　　其他9次捐款

　　除了上述9次向革命纪念园区和山区学校捐资外，刘亚洲还向西路军女战士、“英雄八连”、母校武汉大学等捐赠稿费。

　　2006年10月，甘肃省妇联拍摄上映了该省健在的14位西路军女战士纪录片，李先念是当年西路军主要领导人之一。刘亚洲在看到影片后，非常关注西路军革命老前辈的生活，立即打电话给省妇联负责人，了解健在的女红军战士情况，并指派专人看望她们，每人送上1万元慰问金。

　　随后，刘亚洲还给14位西路军女红军写了封信，其中写到：“

　　看了关于西路军女战士的片子，深为感动。我一直关注着这段历史，关注着你们。我不能为你们做更多的事，只能从我的稿费中拿出一万元钱，略表一个红军后代的心意。”

　　2013年6月21日，刘亚洲冒雨驱车前往六盘山下，将自己的10万元稿费和200册图书捐赠给武警驻甘肃某部三营八连。

　　据媒体报道，这个连队原隶属第21集团军，1965年被中国国防部授予“英雄八连”荣誉称号。1996年，该连转隶武警部队。刘亚洲16岁入伍就在这个连队。

　　而这也是18年来刘亚洲第7次给这个连队捐赠稿费和书籍，在由他倡导设立的连队基金里，刘亚洲个人捐赠累计达38万元，给连队赠送书籍已有3000余册。

　　2012年，刘亚洲还为“英雄八连”著书立传，其联系当年和自己同在八连当兵的老战友、著名军旅作家耿耿，自己负责筹划协调，耿耿亲自执笔，为老连队著书。历经1年多时间，创作组成员赴兰州、山西、江苏等地，查阅上千万字文献档案资料、采访150多名不同时期的老兵，终于形成了近150万字的《“英雄八连”连史》，现已进入后期的编审和校定阶段。

　　“政事儿”注意到，在2015年6月，离校40年后，刘亚洲、李小林、李中子等1972级外语系校友，共同提议向母校武汉大学捐资设立“武汉大学亚中创新教育中心”和“武汉大学亚中创新教育奖学金”。500万元捐款由李中子校友的公司提供。
