记者日前做了一番测试。记者随机选择了映客、斗鱼、虎牙这三个目前较火的直播软件试用后发现,从淘宝上买来的粉丝、人气,在这些直播平台上并未受到任何拦截。

1块钱能买来1.5万名高级粉丝,13分钟内涌入9000人气 ,38元包上地区热门……时下最为流行的直播,究竟谁在狂欢?

【买粉:1块钱买来1.5万名“高级粉丝”】

直播软件能购买粉丝和人气两种“产品”。粉丝就是类似微博粉丝,你的每次直播,粉丝都会收到推送。人气则是直播时实际观看的人数。

7月1日,记者在淘宝上以“映客+人气”、“映客+粉丝”为关键词进行搜索,看到一个销量靠前商家提供了3种首单优惠体验,分别是“1元=1.5万映客高级粉丝”、“8元=13000映客包次人气”、“1元=5000映客包天人气”。

如果花更多费用,38元还可以包上地区热门榜单,98元包全国热门,则可以登上映客主播的排行榜。有商家卖更便宜,“25元上地区热门、70元上全国热门”。刷人气还可以按包天、包周、包月打包出售。点开商品评价,有不少客户留言说的确上了地区热门。

随后,记者以“斗鱼+人气”为关键词进行了搜索,一家店铺根据刷人气数的高低有不同价格,如500人=3元、2000人=12元、3000人=18元等。斗鱼刷人气的业务为“包天”,即24小时都能叫商家帮忙刷人气。

卖虎牙人气的商家似乎比较少。在淘宝上选择了一家销量排行最高的商家,但这家店没有“明码标价”,且特意挂出了“请勿着急拍,具体价格联系旺旺,活人协议”、“100号起接”等字样。

相较于通过机器人或者僵尸粉为映客、斗鱼刷人气,销售虎牙人气的商家则表示由于平台管理严格,无法与前两者一样“挂协议”、即无法通过外挂软件实现增粉,只能使用“活人协议”的真实观众。

根据淘宝页面显示,记者购买映客人气的商家月销量达22006笔,在出售斗鱼人气的商家中,根据“销量优先”排名第一的销量更是高达24368笔,而出售虎牙人气的商家月销则从两三千至上万不等。

【体验:13分钟内涌入9000人气】

7月1日,记者第一次注册并使用映客,正常直播时,大约30秒内有22人涌入了直播间观看直播,但没有任何人发言。

购买完“1元=1.5万映客高级粉丝”,记者的映客粉丝数在5分钟内就从“0”跳到了“16000”,且都是等级在6到8级的“高级粉丝”。

尽管都是“高级粉丝”,这些映客粉丝有几个共同特征,他们的ID都是499打头,个人信息上显示的关注数也多为200或为1000这样的整数。“征集”到粉丝后,记者开启了一段10分钟左右的直播,在发言频道中与这些粉丝进行对话,但无人回应,看来是“僵尸粉”。

接着,记者在另一家商家8元购买了9000个直播人气。购买完约10余分钟以后,直播间的人气分批次涌入,大约13分钟后,人气稳定在了八九千人左右,过程中不断显示有用户点亮了爱心,但记者几次在直播间尝试与进入房间的用户进行对话,无人应答。与涨粉类似,点击进入房间的用户头像可以发觉其ID号都有相同的数字开头,且所关注对象也以200这样的整数居多。商家坦言,帮用户刷人气的都是机器人。

记者还尝试了38元包上地区热门,不过经过一番测试,尽管直播人气达到八九千人,达到上热门的标准,但在地区热门榜单上并没有出现。商家的解释说,上热门要一定时间,需要等待。

斗鱼在正常直播情况下,在近10分钟的时间里没有一位用户进入房间。在淘宝上6元购买了1000人的直播人气后开启直播,约30秒,人气就从2跳到了150,1分钟不到到达400,2分钟后变为600,最终稳定在了780左右。因为购买的是包天服务,记者在下单后的4小时里,进行了6次直播,两次黑屏、四次假意推销,数字均以类似的规律递增和稳定着,没有任何人在房间里发言。记者还花了25元购买了5000人的人气,同样也实现了。

与映客不同的是,斗鱼只显示观看人数,但并不能看见具体的用户头像和信息。

商家表示,斗鱼的人气显示通过外挂软件实现刷单,并同样表示只要直播内容不违规就不会被封号。

【平台回应:不会公布惩罚规则】

截至发稿时,记者发现有多家商家对部分刷人气商品进行了下架、或转卖其他项目,其中一家甚至直接关闭了店铺,而此前记者曾从该处购买了映客粉丝。有商家称,为了不引来淘宝的查处,他们有时会将一些商品下架,或者改销售与游戏相关的项目,如游戏点券直冲、折扣等等,转移注意力。

映客称对刷人气的行为“零容忍”,映客会根据情况恶劣程度,会做暂时封停24小时、48小时、甚至永久封号等不同处理,但该公司表示不会公布具体惩罚体系规则。

截至7月18日,记者的映客账号仍然能正常使用,未被处理或警告。

截至发稿,记者未与斗鱼方面取得联系。

“我们非常清楚地知道,哪些是真实用户哪些是虚假用户。”虎牙所属的YY娱乐总经理周剑此前接受澎湃新闻采访时表示,直播平台非常反对这种做法。

不过周剑说,这种刷粉丝的处理也要视情况而定。“一种是适当带领人气,希望被人认可,这是可以考虑的。第二种是恶意挂号,营造虚假人气,对此平台会直接处理掉。”

【公开秘密】

在互联网江湖,刷单的情况不止存在于直播软件市场,微博刷粉丝、微信公众号刷阅读量、电商刷单都是公开的秘密。

据媒体报道,除了刷单之外,很多直播网站都为观众开辟了给主播“打赏”的通道,而“刷打赏”也成为经纪公司、直播平台和网红之间创造“GDP”的手段。

直播作为一种新的交互方式,得到无数资本青睐。据不完全统计,目前已知的116个直播APP已有108个获得融资。2016年直播市场更是红火,BAT等大公司也进军该领域。今年1月,映客获得A股上市公司昆仑万维(300418)的6700万元融资。3月斗鱼TV融资1亿美元,腾讯领投出了4亿元人民币。

业内人士担忧,当刷单成为直播平台普遍现象,资本疯狂追逐,整个行业陷入“刷单-好看的数据-高估值-刺激刷单”的恶性循环。

目前,国内对于直播平台的管控,主要关注的还是主播的行为是否违规。对于直播内容统计数据的真实性,除了后台监测人员,外界往往只能是“雾里看花”。
