三峡等水库群拦洪187亿立方米

　　6月30日以来，长江流域发生多轮强降雨天气过程，尤其是中游干流附近和两湖湖区降雨强度大、时间集中、持续时间长，造成了严重的洪涝灾害，7月1日在上游形成1号洪峰，7月3日在中游形成2号洪峰，中下游干流7月4日开始全线超警。

　　长江委防办副主任陈桂亚介绍，进入汛期后，通过科学调度，发挥水库群综合防洪功能。自6月30日8时到7月21日8时，包括三峡在内的上游水库群总计拦蓄洪水163亿立方米，中游水库群拦蓄24亿立方米，极大地缓解了中下游的防洪压力。

　　根据长江水文局测算，187亿立方米的洪量使得长江荆江河段平均下降了1.7到0.8米，洞庭湖区及莲花塘水位下降约0.7米，汉口水位下降0.4米，九江河段水位下降0.2米。

　　“如果没有水库群拦蓄洪水，莲花塘的水位将超过保证水位，这意味着中下游干流都将超过保证水位，且预计持续一周时间。”陈桂亚说。
