客服介绍说:“您说的这款冷暖空调是商家特殊定制的,是京东专门代理的,其他平台没有售卖。”

这位客服人员表示,这款专供空调质量和售后都与普通产品一样,没有什么区别。商品售后都是保修6年,没有什么区别,只不过是由京东专门代理,其他平台不进行售卖。

某知名家电企业电商负责人吴先生(化名)表示,大多数企业对线上线下产品进行区分主要基于两方面考虑。“网络用户对产品功能、卖点或外观的关注点不太一样,所以会做一些满足网络用户需求的产品。也有少量一部分是为了避免渠道之间的价格冲突,比如因为渠道价格成本不一样,避免直面价格的冲突,所以会做一些差异化的型号做补充。”

吴先生说:“线上产品和线下产品的质量或功能配置是没有本质差别的,都是一样的。因为一个大企业都有统一的质量标准,线上的这些机型可能会更在意赋予它更高的质量标准,因为线上用户更在意购物体验。

记者走访北京多个大型家电卖场发现,一些线上专供产品在实体店难觅踪影,而销售人员也承认,某些网上专供机型在价格上的确具有优势。

业内人士介绍,如今越来越多的厂商为了迎合消费者的个性化需求,同时为了避免线上线下两个渠道的利润互搏,选择与电商平台合作推出自己的电商专供商品。网店如果只卖线下的产品款式,为了不影响实体店的销售,就要做到与线下同款同价。当线上的销售额达到一定规模时,又会影响线下品牌加盟店的业务发展,因此多数品牌推出“专供款”以平衡电商、折扣店和专柜的发展。
