团队运作可获更好推广资源保障主播收入

来疯平台上知名女主播顾文文(化名)对此深有体会,她对中新网表示,原来她是单打独斗,此后进入了一家网红艺人经纪公司,两个月前开始正式直播,目前月收入一万多元。

“原来也尝试过个人直播,但基本上不了直播平台首页。进入艺人经纪公司后,拿到了不少资源,再加上专业化的培训,所以经常获得平台的推荐,收入自然就上来了。”顾文文说道。

赵睿鑫对此分析道,专业主播是需要培训的,尤其在内容生产环节,只有和团队合作,在内容上不断创新,才能获得更多的机会,这也是为什么主播需要加入团队的原因。

公会如何盈利?和直播平台打配合

上述多次提到了直播行业的公会,那公会的盈利模式是什么呢?张展豪透露,公会的收入,一部分来自平台的额外奖励,而另一部分则来自主播的分成。赵睿鑫说道,直播平台会给公会一部分佣金,因为公会在替直播平台管理和培训女主播。

中新网联系了奇秀、花椒等平台的多家公会,大部分表示,“不需要入会费用,也不会分成主播的收入。”

有公会负责人对中新网表示,加入直播公会的门槛由公会自己来定,规则不一,普通公会只需主播录制一段直播视频,通过筛选即可。“以后是否能获得公会的推荐资源,就要看主播自己的实力了。”

主播收入悬殊多数月入几千元

不少主播加入公会是出于收入上的考虑。张展豪透露,目前大部分个人主播月收入为几千元,而一些专业化运营的主播月收入可达到数万元甚至数十万元,两级分化较为严重。

主播的收入来源于观看者赠送礼物的分成。中新网在观察中发现,不同的平台、不同的直播间在线观看人数相差悬殊,多者几万人甚至十几万人,少者只有寥寥数十人,这是造成主播收入悬殊的主要原因。

而直播间在线观看人数的多少和直播平台有直接的关系。如映客、YY等秀场直播间人数较多,普遍集中在万人左右,少者也有上千人;而花椒、奇秀、觅蜜等平台的直播间人相对少一些。

7月上旬,腾讯企鹅智酷和腾讯应用宝联合发布的一份报告显示,直播APP中,映客、YY等在第一阶梯队伍里面;而花椒、繁星等平台在行业底层,用户认知和转化相对较低。
