  新京报快讯(记者贾世煜 通讯员荣元昭)8月2日,民用航天3米2分段大型固体火箭助推发动机地面热试车成功。


  直径最大、装药量最大、推力最大


  据介绍,这一发动机由中国航天科技集团四院自主研制,系中国直径最大、装药量最大、推力最大的固体火箭发动机。该发动机的试车成功,标志着中国已经掌握大型固体火箭助推发动机关键技术,也表明中国新一代运载火箭固体助推技术又向前迈进了一大步。


  中国航天科技集团四院表示,直径3米发动机的研制成功,使中国大型固体发动机自主创新的研制能力和水平得到进一步提升。大尺寸复合材料核心构件研制和成型能力大幅提升,高精度设计仿真能力作用充分发挥,绿色环保绝热材料首次使用,新型高效率绝热层成型与固化工艺取得实质性突破,全部原材料、制造设备实现中国国产化。


  运载能力达到100吨以上的“大力士”


  据了解,未来3米发动机应用于重型运载火箭固体助推器中,可实现近地轨道运载能力达到100吨以上,满足中国载人登月、深空探索的发展需求。


  中国航天科技集团四院介绍,从整体式固体发动机到如今的固体助推发动机,直径在变大的同时推力也在增大,这次试车的发动机推力可以达到150吨以上,创造了中国迄今固体发动机推力之最。


  另外,在发动机身上,仅焊接技术攻关就历时四个多月,累计焊接时间多达300小时,分层计算焊接总长度达750米,使用焊丝量350公斤,前封头体连续作业装焊40小时,后封头体装焊连续鏖战65小时。每条环焊缝展开后长度9米,全场范围内不允许有任何哪怕是微小的夹杂和气孔等缺陷,必须通过百分百的探伤检测。


  据介绍,为能够准确无误地为发动机做好“体检”工作,总装车间探伤组在多块等厚度钢板制作绝热模拟试件,采用11种频率的检测探头匹配6种扫描范围不断尝试与摸索,累计取得试验参数上千个、各类波形图片几百幅,最终确立了该发动机超声探伤所采用设备、探头及最佳探伤参数,确保了发动机最终顺利通过“安检通道”。
