　　美国知名智库兰德公司日前出台的报告给关于美中战争的炒作又加了一把火。在题为《与中国开战，想不敢想之事》的报告中，这家被认为与美国军方关系密切的智库称，随着中国军力提高，一旦美中开战，美军并不能确保战争按自己预料的方向发展，也不一定能取得决定性胜利，但是中国的损失会更大。

　　报告还分析了四种可能的战争场景：短期高强度战争、长期高强度战争、短期低强度战争、长期低强度战争，认为战争打得越厉害，对中国影响越大，但也承认“最后可能没有赢家”。
