IT资讯8月2日消息，今天上午，据微博认证为“中国图库签约摄影师”的网友@梁小豪同学 爆料，其个人百度云账户一夜之间被塞满黄片，之前存的大量文件全没了。

针对该事件，百度云今天下午转发了@梁小豪同学 的微博，同时回应提醒用户注意以下四点：

1、不要轻信非官方以外人员给出的不专业指导意见，避免个人信息泄露，造成更大损害；

2、建议账号绑定手机，当收到账号异常登录短信后一定要在第一时间修改密码；

3、密码设置复杂程度高，不易被恶意盗取；

4、定期检查回收站，是否有误删除的信息，及时恢复，避免被清空。

也就是说，百度云官方是将该事件定性为“账号被盗”。而百度云还表示，百度只能查看用户账户的使用情况，是没办法查看用户储存的文件的，更没办法窥探用户隐私，请放心使用。

据了解，目前百度技术人员已经通过私信联系到该用户，并帮其解决了问题。
