警方调查，今年1月该所大学放寒假，部分留校女学生发现宿舍没热水，22岁吴男热心推荐女同学，可到教学大楼的无障碍公厕，使用电能热水器洗澡，但第2天便有女生发现不对劲，质疑公厕怎会有私人用的塑料壳面纸盒，盒内还有“随身碟”(编注：U盘)。
