武汉新芯与紫光成立长江存储：1600亿元人民币打造中国第一“芯” - 紫光,芯片 - IT资讯
总投资约1600亿元人民币的国家存储器基地有了新进展。
针对近期关于“紫光收购武汉新芯”的市场传闻，《第一财经日报》记者采访武汉新芯获悉，3月28日国家存储器基地在武汉启动的四个月后，今年7月26日，长江存储科技有限责任公司(下称“长江存储”)正式成立，武汉新芯将成为长江存储的全资子公司，而紫光集团则是参与长江存储的二期出资。
半导体行业人士认为，长江存储的成立将为后续中国布局自主性存储器产业带来进展，利于整合国家资源，提高项目成功率。
中国搭建存储器产业航母
本报记者通过全国企业信用信息公示系统查询发现，注册地位于武汉东湖开发区关东科技工业园的长江存储，公司注册资本189亿元。
据武汉新芯介绍，长江存储的注册资本分两期出资。一期由国家集成电路产业投资基金股份有限公司、湖北国芯产业投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)和武汉新芯股东湖北省科技投资集团有限公司共同出资，在武汉新芯集成电路制造有限公司(即“武汉新芯”)的基础上建立长江存储。二期将由紫光集团和国家集成电路产业投资基金股份有限公司共同出资。
武汉新芯将成为长江存储的全资子公司。长江存储将以武汉新芯现有的12英寸先进集成电路技术研发与生产制造能力为基础，继续拓展武汉新芯目前的物联网业务布局，并着力发展大规模存储器。
本报记者注意到，紫光集团董事长赵伟国出任长江存储董事长，副董事长分别由国家集成电路产业投资基金股份有限公司总经理丁文武和湖北省长江经济带产业基金公司副总经理杨道虹出任，武汉新芯董事长王继增为长江存储监事长，武汉新芯CEO杨士宁任总经理。
至此，国家存储器基地项目的实施主体公司正式搭建完成。
中国科学院微电子研究所所长叶甜春表示，目前中国还没有真正意义上的存储芯片生产能力，因此该项目的布局可谓中国半导体产业的“淮海战役”，是中国公司真正走上自主生产半导体之路的里程碑，一旦成功将为我国打破主流存储器领域空白，实现产业和经济跨越发展提供了重要支撑。
有望打破主流存储器空白
据了解，存储器是信息系统的基础核心芯片，亦是最大宗的集成电路产品，同时还是我国进口金额最大的集成电路产品。
2014年，全球存储器市场规模约700亿美元，约占全球集成电路市场份额的25%，同比增长约10%。而我国是全球最大的电子信息产业基地，电子整机所用存储器市场需求约2465.5亿元，占我国集成电路市场规模的23.7%。2014年，我国集成电路进口额2176.2亿美元，是我国进口额最大的产品，其中存储器进口额占24.9%。因此该项目的布局，为我国打破主流存储器领域空白，实现产业和经济跨越发展提供了重要支撑。
据介绍，按照国家存储器基地项目规划，长江存储的主要产品为3D NAND，将以芯片制造环节为突破口，集存储器产品设计、技术研发、晶圆生产与测试、销售于一体，预计到2020年形成月产能30万片的生产规模，到2030年建成每月100万片的产能。
长江存储董事长赵伟国表示，长江存储将会有更好的企业内部机制、更大的资金平台、更强的执行力、更快的发展速度。并且，公司将沿着既定的战略方向，继续把武汉新芯做强做大，深化和加强已有的战略合作伙伴关系，一如既往地给客户提供最有竞争力的产品和最好的服务。
今年3月，东湖高新区管委会主任张文彤指出，国家存储器基地建成后，以此为龙头可以带动设计、封装、制造、应用等芯片产业相关环节的发展，集合已经在武汉光谷地区形成规模的显示产业(天马、华星光电)、智能终端产业(华为、联想、富士康)，打造万亿级的芯片-显示-智能终端全产业链生态体系，光谷将成为国内乃至全球最密集的电子信息产业基地。
