　　8月1日，邱季端的委托律师钱卫清接受了南都记者的专访。钱卫清此前已经代理过多起文物收藏方面的案件，对于古玩圈的事，钱卫清表示自己很清楚，自己也是玩古玩藏品的。

　　钱卫清告诉南都记者：“我介入得比较晚（捐赠一事）。捐赠的整个流程都是我在帮忙把控，让捐赠符合法律程序。不过之前可能有些准备不足，比如如何面对社会质疑。”

　　邱季端为什么想把古陶瓷捐给北师大？钱卫清称，邱的这个想法已有几年。前几年邱曾对厦门的学校进行捐赠，但是数量没有这么大。而邱是北师大的校友，捐赠是出于回报社会的目的。

　　藏品还没经过鉴定

　　邱季端捐赠事件中，最引人关注的是藏品中是否有赝品。钱卫清向南都记者解释称，从几个层面来看，这些质疑都是不成立的。

　　第一，这些东西都没有亮相，目前还是一个捐赠意向，质疑者都不知道捐赠的是什么，质疑是“无源之水”，如果说是捕风捉影，可现在风都还没有。第二，很多质疑是因为从网上找了一些流传的图片，说这些藏品是邱季端收藏的，但无法证实这些图片上的藏品就是邱季端的，也无法证实这几件藏品在这次捐赠范围内。第三，即便是库房里藏品的照片，光凭远距离拍摄的图片，怎么能判定是真还是假？

　　不过，钱卫清坦言目前这些藏品还没有请相关的专家、部门做鉴定。“之前在收藏的过程中，找了很多收藏界人士做初步的咨询、现场实地观摩，初步分析。没有做严格意义上的科检、老化痕迹分析、化学物理措施的检验。”

　　钱卫清称，接下来他们将组建一个专家团队来进行筛选、确定。“确保这些东西以后能够进入博物馆”。

　　钱卫清告诉南都记者，一个现实问题是，目前国内对古陶瓷的鉴定，还没有专门机构。国博有专家，但他们不对外提供服务；研究古陶瓷的就那么几个人，也没有能力对外服务。

　　也有业内人士表示，鉴定目前来说是眼学为主，没有公认权威的仪器鉴定，这也是为什么现在围绕这件事，大家争执不下的重要原因。

　　“邱季端藏品有20万件”

　　曾有古玩圈人士分析，如果邱季端捐赠的6000件藏品都是真的，毛估市场价将达到1 。2万亿元人民币。邱季端如何获得这些古陶瓷，一直为公众所讨论。

　　钱卫清告诉南都记者：“他（邱季端）的藏品已经有20万件，6000件对他来说不是很大，但对一般的收藏者来说，6000多件是天文数字了。”

　　钱卫清称，他不太清楚邱具体收藏的品类和数量。来源有多方面，邱的企业主要在香港，获得藏品的途径有拍卖，以及从文物商店、古玩城、收藏家那里买。“总之所有来源途径都是合法的，没有任何证据说明他去参加了盗墓、倒卖或走私文物。”

　　不过，钱卫清坦言，目前古陶瓷还没有捐出来，都还在库房里，邱的库房分散在厦门、深圳等多个地方。他近期将会去库房看一看。

　　至于公众何时能看到这6000件古陶瓷的“真身”，南都记者了解到，截至目前仍然没有时间表。不过，捐赠的古陶瓷会分阶段交付给北师大，第一阶段预计将交付10 %。分期分批进行鉴定评估认证，整个过程全部完成，再到博物馆建成需要花费数年的时间。现在博物馆的立项等等都没有定，这一项还没有进行讨论。

　　南都：你认为目前的质疑是无稽之谈，为什么？

　　钱卫清：三个原因。第一，质疑的人就是掌握了收藏界、文博界话语权的人；第二，掌握了中国古陶瓷核心利益的利益集团；第三，也是最重要的，为什么表现出这种论调，因为邱季端的6000件捐赠将坏了他们的财路。之前的市场混乱，鉴宝乱象、拍卖乱象频出。随便一个鸡缸杯就能拍2 。8亿元，而类似的杯子我这里就有200件，其中有几十件不比拍卖的差。这种乱象就是被操纵的，通过不断地抬高价格，控制和垄断市场。

　　南都：捐赠的时候走了什么程序？

　　钱卫清：程序很简单，因为捐赠行为不需要经过国家审批，两方面同意，我愿意捐你愿意接收就可以了。至于后面，考虑到要建博物馆，就要按照博物馆条例履行一些手续，有些需要认证，有些需要鉴定，有些需要评估。展览的时候尽可能规范、准确地标识。

　　但也不能100%地准确，古陶瓷毕竟历史悠久。即使有一些偏差，比如把元代写成了明代的也没有关系，我又不拿它去交易、不拿它去骗钱。本身捐给学校就是让大家去学习、交流、研究、提升的。

　　南都：可是这6000件藏品被收进博物馆后，他手中其他类似藏品会不会也跟着身价倍增？或者原本是假的然后就洗白了？

　　钱卫清：进了博物馆的东西是不能进入市场交易的。比如我手中有10件同样的古陶瓷，一件被博物馆收了，其他9件就会价值连城吗？不可能的，还是要按照市场规律来，人家愿意来买、该是什么价格还是什么价格。

　　南都：鉴定环节会怎么样？
