新京报快讯（记者吴为 郭超）今日，记者从国家旅游局了解到，国家旅游局决定对严重不达标的五家5A景区进行处理，其中对湖南省长沙市橘子洲、重庆市南川区神龙峡两景区摘牌。在国家旅游局的通报中，两家景区均存在安全隐患大、厕所卫生差等情况。
对于长沙橘子洲旅游区，国家旅游局通报了“景区安全隐患严重”“景区环境卫生差”“景区旅游服务功能严重退化”以及“景区管理不规范”等问题；重庆市南川区神龙峡景区存在的问题则有“旅游安全隐患严重”“环境卫生差”“旅游秩序混乱”以及“旅游敲诈和服务严重缺失”。
通报称，长沙橘子洲景区濒水游客集中区和临江游步道，旅游安全巡查服务缺失；检查中发现，时有游客翻越临江警戒线观景或拍照，却无安全管理人员制止或提示；景区有明确禁烟标志，但吸烟者随处可见，未见工作人员提醒制止。
对于神龙峡的安全问题，通报则称，漂流作为景区主要旅游项目，对游客没有进行漂流前的安全教育、安全设施佩戴讲解演示；部分游步道紧邻山体滑坡处，没有设置安全防护设施；景区人车混行，无车速限制措施，电瓶车车速过快，危及道路上的行人游客。
同时，上述两个景区均出现了厕所环境差，被指“厕所革命严重滞后”。长沙橘子洲景区被指“厕所异味严重、污水污迹多，长时间无人清扫；有的旅游厕所设施设备破损严重，下水堵塞，无法正常使用，残疾人卫生间堆满杂物。”而重庆神龙峡景区则被指“厕所污物、异味严重，厕所用具脏乱，随意摆放，损坏严重。”
鉴于以上原因，相关部门负责人介绍，经全国旅游资源规划开发质量评定委员会认为，湖南橘子洲旅游区和重庆神龙峡景区存在的严重问题，已经丧失了5A级景区具备的条件，决定撤消其5A级景区资质。
记者联系长沙橘子洲景区管理处，该处办公室主任彭志浩表示，他刚刚才接到消息，目前还没有收到来自国家旅游局的相关通报，正在赶往市政府开会。“如果有相关的情况，会第一时间向社会公布，也会按国家旅游局指出的问题研究整改。”彭志浩表示。
国家旅游局相关负责人表示，我国旅游业正处于快速增长和转型升级的关键时期，群众对旅游景区服务质量的要求不断提高，景区环境卫生、服务质量、安全保障与旅游者息息相关，国家旅游局高度重视。
据国家旅游局介绍，今后，该局将进一步深化5A级景区评定工作，在严格标准的前提下，持续推进景区评定工作，加大事中事后监管力度，推进景区安全、质量、秩序常态化监管，督促指导各类旅游景区不断提升管理服务水平，使5A级景区始终保持环境优美、服务周到、品质上乘、游客满意的旅游品牌。
