　　Q: on August 2, Japan through the new defense white paper, the Government again blamed on China's defense policy and military activities. Comment on this?

A: Japan new defense white paper on China's normal national defense construction and groundless accusations of military activities, make irresponsible remarks on China's internal affairs. China expresses its strong dissatisfaction and Japanese made solemn representations.

In recent years, Japan constantly gossip on regional security issues, attempting to render perimeter security threats to unleash its military expansion and get rid of war bound to make excuses, regional countries and the international community attention. We urge Japan to earnestly draw lessons from history, adhere to the road of peaceful development, in the field of military security caution, do contribute with its neighbours mutual trust, safeguarding regional peace and stability, not the other way around.

　　问：8月2日，日本政府通过新版防卫白皮书，再次对中国国防政策和军事活动提出指责。中方对此有何评论？

　　答：日本新版防卫白皮书对中国正常的国防建设和军事活动进行无端指责，对中国内部事务说三道四。中方对此表示强烈不满，并向日方提出严正交涉。

　　我愿强调，中国政府维护国家领土主权和海洋权益的意志坚定不移。中方在钓鱼岛领海进行巡航执法是中方固有权利，日方无权说三道四。中方根据国际法、相关国内法规及自身国防需要开展正常的海空活动无可非议。中方已多次表明不接受、不承认菲律宾南海仲裁案仲裁庭作出的非法、无效裁决，坚决反对任何以这一裁决为基础的主张和行动。同时，中国愿继续与有关直接当事国在尊重历史事实的基础上，根据国际法，通过谈判协商和平解决南海有关争议，与东盟国家共同维护南海和平稳定。

　　近年来，日本不断在地区安全问题上搬弄是非，企图通过渲染周边安全威胁，为自身军事扩张松绑、摆脱战后束缚制造借口，引起地区国家和国际社会广泛关注。我们敦促日方切实汲取历史教训，坚持和平发展道路，在军事安全领域慎重行事，多做有助于增进与邻国互信、维护本地区和平稳定的事，而不是相反。
