　　新华社北京8月3日电（记者陈菲）记者3日从中国最高人民检察院获悉，中国最高人民检察院反贪污贿赂总局日前下发通知，要求各级检察机关坚持贪渎并惩，重点查办六类食品药品监管领域职务犯罪案件，为“严把从农田到餐桌、从实验室到医院的每一道防线”提供有力司法保障。

　　为贯彻落实党中央关于食品药品安全工作的决策部署，中国最高人民检察院反贪污贿赂总局日前下发了《关于严肃查办和积极预防食品药品监管领域职务犯 罪的通知》。通知要求严查的六类案件为：一是人民群众反映强烈，党委政府关注，新闻媒体曝光，损失后果严重以及社会影响恶劣的危害食品药品安全的渎职犯罪 案件；二是食品药品安全恶性事件涉及的渎职犯罪案件；三是负有食品药品安全监管职责的国家机关工作人员对辖区内存在的食品药品行业“潜规则”不闻不问，致 使国家和人民利益遭受重大损失的渎职犯罪案件；四是以罚代刑，对依法应当移交司法机关处理的危害食品药品安全的刑事犯罪案件不移交的渎职犯罪案件；五是徇 私舞弊，伪造食品检验结果及动植物检疫结果，或对应当检验检疫的不检验检疫以及延误出证、错误出证的渎职犯罪案件；六是国家工作人员索贿受贿、充当“保护 伞”的犯罪和食品药品生产经营者为谋取不正当利益而拉拢腐蚀围猎国家工作人员的行贿犯罪。
