最近，江苏叫停二级以上医院门诊输液，再次引发对滥用抗生素的关注和“限抗令”的讨论。近年来，安徽、浙江、江苏、江西等地开始限制门诊输液。然而广东至今没有明确的限制性措施。
上周，“民声热线”记者喉咙不舒服，在5家医院看内科门诊，诊断结果分别有咽炎、急性咽炎、上呼吸道感染和急性支气管炎4种。医药费从25元到125元不等，最大相差5倍。
其中费用排前三的3家医院分别是白云区永平街东平大道广州东仁医院、白云区永泰新村社区卫生服务站、白云大道北中山医博济（白云）医院（说明：这三家都是公立的，东仁是街道办的），医生开的处方都使用了抗生素或激素类注射剂。
中医开抗生素并不少见。民声记者走访省第二中医院和越秀区中医院发现，中医院里的输液室同样热闹。广州某三甲医院医生受访时坦言，“有收到通知，但是说限制打抗生素，没有说限制打针的人数。”
资料显示，广东只有深圳的两家大型公立医院停止门诊成人静脉输液，广州某专科医院输液室护士表示，每天有一两百人打针或输液，门诊输液人数有增无减。
启动综合医改试点解决抗生素滥用
“关于抗生素滥用这个问题一定要解决。”段宇飞回应道，究竟用什么方法，还需经过调研制定方案。“不能搞一刀切，明天就一声令下，所有二级甲等以上医院 都不能输液，这不现实”。段宇飞透露，以前输液和打抗生素为什么那么积极，因为打一针下去，医院有15%的加成。国家实行控制以来，医院加成已经取消，用 药对医院来说没有任何利可得。根据药占比数据来看，广东已经比较好了。
