　　昨日，象州县马坪乡龙座村村民杨先生向今报反映称，该乡有“万亩水库”之称的丰收水库出现大面积鱼类死亡，水库边随处可见死鱼。记者调查发现，该水库水面面积有543万平方米，是桂中地区最大规模的水库。水库承包者称自7月29日出现鱼类死亡，至8月2日，估计已有约有10万公斤死鱼出现，疑遭人投入杀虫剂所至。

　　昨日下午，记者随同龙座村村民杨先生来到丰收水库，该处距离马坪乡政府约10公里。记者看到水库规模宏大，穿越多个山岭，据村民称，水库与10余个村庄相连。在水库大坝，远远便闻到腥臭味，水库中依然看到有小鱼浮头，而在水坝边上则是已腐臭的死鱼，以大头鱼为主，每条重量在0.8公斤左右。据一看管水库的工作人员称，该水库已承包给他人养鱼，7月29日早上，便发现有鱼死亡，至30日死亡最多，损失惨重。让当地村民颇为担忧的是，如此大面积出现死鱼，水库水体散发腐臭味，是否会对下游人畜饮水有影响？

　　据了解，该水库已承包给两承包人养鱼，其中一承包经营者覃刚介绍，他与另一人联合经营该水库，今年投放的鱼类主要有大头鱼、鲢鱼、草鱼为主，总共有20万尾，目前重量在0.5公斤至1.5公斤左右。突发的大面积鱼类死亡，令他愁眉紧锁。死鱼现象出现后，他与工人在水库边巡逻是发现了一种名为“阿维菌素”的白色塑料瓶。目前他已就此事报警，并报告畜牧水产局等部门。相关负责人也现场察看、调查原因。

　　记者在水库边，也找到白色塑料瓶的“阿维菌素”，在产品性能中有介绍，“是一种杀虫剂，对昆虫具有触杀、胃毒作用”。而在该产品的注意事项中指出，“本品对蜂蜜、鱼类等水生生物、家蚕有毒，远离水产养殖区施药，禁止在河塘等水体中清洗施药器具。”但鱼类死亡，是否属该种农药，以及死鱼的数量，还有待相关部门的进一步调查核实。

　　有关丰收水库的材料，记者在水库水坝边看到多块象州县政府发布的牌匾介绍。该水库1957年冬始建，设计灌溉面积1.75万亩，总库容3335万立方米，水面面积543万平方米，灌溉面积1.75万亩，影响下游1万人，耕地面积2万亩。马坪乡派出所有关负责人介绍，他们已接到报案，目前正在调查事件原因。

　　事发后，畜牧水产等部门也已介入调查，同时发布通知告诫沿途各村群众，人畜不要饮用该丰收水库水。
