相信我们大家每个人都已经听说过“e租宝”事件。这个当年被各大主流媒体热捧的融资平台，打着年收益平均14%的惊人数字，成功忽悠了大量普通的中国人给他投资，结果血本无归！其中90%的受害者，都是老年人，损失的都是他们的养老金！
可今天，我们却看到很多媒体并没有吸取教训，又在吹捧一个极有可能成为下一个“e租宝”的产品。
这个产品，就是所谓的“巴铁一号”。
“巴铁”，是一种横跨两条街道，行驶在小轿车头顶上的大型“立体巴士”。相信很多人都应该见过下面这张最为直观形象的“巴铁”概念图了。
看着确实挺唬人的吧？其实早在三个月前，乃至早在6年多前，当中国一些主流媒体的记者看到了这个概念时，也都被唬住了，甚至不遗余力地给这个项目做起了推广。
可同样是在3个月前，耿直哥却曾揭露过这个所谓的“中国最前沿的黑科技”的一些内幕（全国媒体都在热捧的这个酷炫中国制造，我们必须提醒大家小心），比如：
1、这个项目在2010年时就曾炒作过，当时是因为这个项目的“概念”被美国《时代》周刊评选为当年的全球50大最佳发明。可是，“巴铁”的实用性却一直饱受各种专业人士质疑，特别是中国极为复杂的路况。而且在过去的6年里，“巴铁”项目也一直只是停留在概念上，没有任何实质的突破。另外，“巴铁”的总设计师宋有洲只有小学文化水平...

2、美国人其实早在1969年就构想出过类似于“巴铁”的概念，但同样因为实用性存在很大问题，所以即便在美国这样一个敢于发明和尝试新事物的国家，也没人真的愿意去实现这个构想...
3、虽然“巴铁”曾经在宣传材料中宣称项目得到了“上海交大汽车研究院”可行性认证。可交大方面却一直不想与这个项目有任何联系，而且还一直想撇清关系，甚至透露这个项目只是学院的教授带着几个学生做的“私活”，而且论证的过程主要还是学生来操作的。
4、最重要的是，“巴铁”项目的背后其实是一个做网络金融P2P的理财公司在运作，而且该公司一直在吸纳投资人的存款，并承诺回以高额利息，但其资金链风险很高..
所以，当时耿直哥就提醒大家，不要盲目地被一些主流媒体影响，太过“轻信”巴铁的报道，一定要谨慎——特别是普通的百姓家庭，千万不要拿自己的钱去投资这个项目。
不幸的是，我们的报道似乎并没有引起某些媒体同行的注意。结果，今天当“巴铁”搞出来的一台模型车在河北的秦皇岛市举行了一个所谓的“路面测试”后，几个月前吹捧这个项目的主流媒体又都纷纷跳了出来，继续鼓吹起这个项目来...
可是，根据耿直哥的观察，以及我的一位曾经亲自去现场参观过巴铁项目的同事透露，今天的这个“模型车”的水平，根本就是游乐场的水平。其中我那位上个月刚去“巴铁”的模型车上参观的同事就说，当时她看到的车内没有任何新的科技，就是生搭出来的一个模型车，而且甚至连轮子和轨道都没有。
甚至之后工作人员让我们的记者不要再问这些在他们看来与项目“无关”的问题了...

而且，我们的记者当时就问了“巴铁”项目人员很多专业的问题，比如过去6年“巴铁”都进行了什么工作，当时工作人员回答说我们进行了“技术的优化”。可当我们的记者进一步追问是哪些技术的优化时，对方就答不出来了...
甚至之后工作人员让我们的记者不要再问这些在他们看来与项目“无关”的问题了...
所以，在耿直哥看来，今天这个“巴铁”模型车和一个月我们记者看到的相比，恐怕唯一的进步就是在他们的模型车上装了轮子和轨道。然后在下面塞了两辆小轿车，从而营造出了一个概念图上的样子，在观感上可以忽悠忽悠“吃瓜群众”罢了。

除此之外，我们都没有看到这个“巴铁”有任何创新之处，也看不到这个“巴铁”如何适应中国复杂的路况，更别提它如何确保下方的车辆不会超高；如何应对事故；以及如何避免遮挡下方行驶小轿车的视线等更为细节的问题了...
不过，“巴铁”项目的那个只有小学文化水平的总设计师宋有洲却表示，这些问题在1年-1年半就可以解决。可就在那篇耿直哥3个月前所撰写的文章中，我就已经和大家说过，一般这样的项目，从研发到初步实验就需要大约5年的时间，而从初步实验到投入市场，同样需要大约5年的时间！
另一方面，就当所有人都被“巴铁”的噱头所忽悠之时，我们却注意到那家“巴铁”背后问题不断的P2P理财公司“华赢凯来”，已经在出售捆绑了“巴铁”项目的投资理财产品了！！！
为什么说华赢凯来问题不断？就拿这两年的报道来说吧，比如在2015年11月的一篇报道中，《北京商报》的记者就曝出这家公司许诺给投资者过高的年收益回报，从10%-13%不等，可该公司投资的项目基本上都是一家来自“中国建设企业联合集团有限公司”的企业。
而更神奇的是，这家企业的老总与华赢凯来老总，还是同一个人！——这也就是说，一旦该公司发生跑路事件，那么从法律方面来看的话，该公司的理财项目一般都会被界定为“非法吸收公众存款”！
而搜狐财经今年4月28日的一篇文章更指出，华赢凯来为了忽悠钱财，成立了一个名为“中国建设企业联合会”的社团，然后就到处找人缴纳数百万的“会费”。至于好处，按照华赢凯来的说法，就是承接他们手上“上千亿”的地方政府的工程不用再走正规的招投标，仅仅需要走个“形式”就可以拿到项目，无需任何审核。
可就是这个忽悠人缴纳数百万会费的“社团”，却在搜狐报道刊发的当月，就被民政部认定为了是一个彻头彻尾的“山寨社团”！！！
另外，在知乎上，也有曾经在该公司工作的网友表示：“华赢凯来”随时都会成为下一个E租宝。请广大投资者慎重！
还有网友向耿直哥爆料：“自己家里人就有曾在那家公司供职的，作为技术人员。本来被忽悠过去也是因为觉得希望中国汽车工业能进步所以去了。到了之后第一个项目还可以，比较脚踏实地的做汽车，也拿到了中字头的企业投资。后来转空巴项目后他就异常失望。领导决策层都是在讨论如何忽悠风投砸钱，根本不考虑技术可行性。技术研发人员待遇差也就算了，厂房里做设备和调试，基本的安全防护措施都没有，现场涉及到电气这块没有专工，还有不少大学毕业生被骗过去做项目，连实操经验也没有。很多带电操作都很危险，但是现场连双绝缘鞋都看不到，去年实在看不到希望就跳槽了。空巴项目前后忽悠了两轮投资。这次是第三轮了。”

所以，耿直哥今天必须要得罪同行了：我请你们不要再给“巴铁”做宣传了，不仅因为这个项目太不靠谱，更因为这个项目所捆绑的理财公司太让人难以信任，漏洞一扒就是一大堆！
如果你们真的很看好众多专业人士都不看好的项目，那么请你们自己去投钱，但别让老百姓拿自己的养老钱去冒险！
