今年7月23日，江西吉安县东方红连锁超市内，一名女收银员在收银过程中，被几名顾客殴打。监控视频显示，当天晚上19时53分，三名大人带着一名小孩到收银处结账。突然，一位老太太拍了下收银台，并用手指女收银员。紧接着，超市另一名员工过来劝阻，老太太打了女收银员一记耳光。被打女收银员试图反抗，结果被与老太太同行的一名中年女顾客一拳击中头部，随后又被老太太打了一巴掌。视频中，女收银员一共被击打3次，随后她将一袋卫生纸扔向对方，老太太随后捡起又扔向女收银员。

新京报 记者了解到，处罚作出当天，肖金玉已被送往吉安县拘留所执行行政拘留。罗呼君因患精神病，作案时责任能力的司法鉴定仍在进行当中，需待鉴定意见作出后再作相应处理。
