入夏以来，晴空万里的天数逐渐增多，但看不见雾霾的日子里，看不见的臭氧却成了“捣蛋鬼”。进入5月以来，郑州市以臭氧为首要污染物的天数剧增，成为影响空气质量达标的主要因素。为此，昨天上午郑州市环保局专门组织国内环境保护专家进行联合会诊，要赶走这个大气环境污染的新元凶。

臭氧成郑州首要污染物
相比于张扬的雾霾，臭氧明显要低调得多。记者昨天从郑州环保局了解到，2016年1月1日～7月31日期间，郑州市首要污染物为臭氧的天数为70天，占比33%，其中空气质量达标天数19天，未达标天数51天；而2015年同期首要污染物为臭氧的天数仅为25天，占比12%，其中空气质量达标天数9天，未达标天数16天。
据介绍，今年5月份以来，以臭氧为首要污染物的天数剧增，成为影响郑州市空气质量达标的主要因素，相比去年同期，5月份增加15天；6月份增加11天；7月份增加17天。
不明白的小伙伴可能会问，臭氧不是地球的保护伞吗？过去天天喊要保护的臭氧，咋又突然成了首要污染物呢？
对此，北京大学环境科学与工程学院教授邵敏解释，平流层的臭氧可以阻挡紫外线，保护地球的生物,是当之无愧的“地球卫士”，但是到了近地面，由于臭氧的氧化性非常强，对黏膜系统、鼻腔、口腔都直接造成伤害，因此就成了“健康杀手”。
据介绍，近地面的臭氧对呼吸道的破坏性很强，还会刺激眼睛,使视觉敏感度和视力降低。
此外，它还会破坏皮肤中的维生素E，让皮肤长皱纹、黑斑；当臭氧浓度在200微克/立方米以上时,会损害中枢神经系统,让人头痛、胸痛、思维能力下降。
将从四个方面集中整治
有关专家介绍，近地面造成污染的臭氧，主要来源于挥发性有机污染物和氮氧化物经光照后发生的光化合反应，其中，氮氧化物主要来自燃煤、汽车尾气等；挥发性有机污染物来源则非常复杂，涂料、燃油，炼油厂、干洗店等都会产生这种污染物。
对此，环保局相关人士表示，下一步，郑州市将在推进燃煤电厂及65蒸吨以上燃煤供热锅炉超低排放改造，工业炉窑废气提标治理，开展重点行业企业挥发性有机物集中整治和全面加强机动车污染防治等四个方面开展集中整治（附后）。
根据河南省委、省政府的要求，2016年年底，郑州市要退出74个重点城市空气质量排名后五名，2017年年底退出后十名。
