  时隔一个多月之后,“巴铁”兑现承诺,上路试跑了。据新华社报道,8月2日,我国自行设计研制、全面拥有自主知识产权的“空中巴士”——巴铁1号试验车,在河北秦皇岛北戴河区开始启动综合试验,包括刹车距离、摩擦系数、耗电等,检验车和路、人和车的关系。


  不过,实验路线的长度却大幅缩短了,仅仅只有300米。而且秦皇岛方面的相关部门也一直表态称对此事“不太清楚”。


  巴铁1号试验车上路测试


  巴铁科技发展有限公司(以下简称巴铁科技)介绍,巴铁1号试验车为一节车厢,车长22米,宽7.8米,高4.8米,额定载客数为300人。车厢内有55个座 位,乘客区设有20根竖立扶手,满足高峰时段不同身高站立乘客的需求。同时,车体配备多个液晶电视屏幕,方便各个角度的乘客观看。此外,还安装了4个动态 地图,便于乘客查看整个城市的交通状况。


  《每日经济新闻》记者也从多个渠道证实了此事。


  据了解,“巴铁”是一种新型的大运量公共交通工具,设计适用于城市主干道路面的上空,依靠电力驱动,采用大运量宽体高架电车设计,隆起的架构设计上层载客,下层镂空部分可以正常行驶高度2米以下的车辆。


  记者在相关视频中看到,巴铁目前的确是能够进行自主直线移动,同时巴铁下方的两辆小汽车也可以与之并行,一些乘客上车进行了体验。


  记者留意到,在微博上认证为“巴铁科技发展有限公司董事长”的白志明透露,实际上,在8月1日凌晨2点05分,“巴铁”1号线就下线试行了。


  白志明在微博上透露,“巴铁”在秦皇岛的首秀,具体试行线路在秦皇岛北戴河区火车站富民路。


  记者从多方了解到,在秦皇岛上线试行的其实是按照1:1比例制造的巴铁模型车,由今创集团承担车身制造工作。


  然而,对于“巴铁”模型车的试行,秦皇岛相关政府部门的表态仍然是,“不太清楚,我们也是从新闻上得到的消息。”


  秦皇岛中国国家发展改革委员会办公室相关工作人员8月3日在接受记者采访时表示,“这个还真不太清楚,我们也是看新闻看到的。因为是在北戴河区,前期项目审批我们可能有(参与),但是具体实行还得那边说,实践起来不归我们管。”


  秦皇岛中国国家发展改革委员会交通科相关工作人员也表示,“这个情况我们不太了解。好像只是试行了几百米,不是正式运行的那种,具体问问别的单位吧。巴铁那边没有跟我们直接接触过。”


  秦皇岛市委宣传部新闻科相关负责人告诉记者,“直接找企业吧,我们不掌握情况,一直都是企业在宣传,我们宣传部这边没有直接接触过企业。”


  记者此前了解到,秦皇岛“巴铁”试行项目,“巴铁”与政府的合作形式是与当地招商办签署意向性的“合作协议”,但协议的内容一直未对外公布。记者8月3日多次拨打秦皇岛市政府招商办的电话,一直无人接听。记者也尚无法与北戴河区政府方面取得联系。


  记者也留意到,“巴铁”虽然如期上线试行,不过,实验路线的长度却一缩再缩,先是从最先的2公里缩至1公里,到最后试行时又变得更短了。此前《北京青年报》记者曾实地探访“巴铁”试行路段,原先设定1公里长的“首秀”试行距离,已经缩至只有300米。


  记者尝试就“巴铁”上线试行等相关事项采访巴铁公司方面,但“巴铁”发明人、巴铁公司总工程师宋有洲表示,“不接受采访”。记者向巴铁公司企划部负责人万小姐发去采访信息,截至截稿,也未收到任何答复。


  试验车主要承担功能展示


  《每日经济新闻》记者此前就获悉,西南交通大学受巴铁科技工业化设计合作方苏州奥杰汽车技术股份有限公司委托,组建了项目团队参与研发。


  记 者8月3日采访了西南交通大学牵引动力国家重点实验室教授王勇,其告诉记者,在秦皇岛北戴河区下线试行的“巴铁”模型车主要承担功能展示的任务,他本人并 未参与模型展示车的研发和设计,“是两部分人在做。秦皇岛这个是一个模型展示车,而我们负责的是后期做实验运营的车。”


  “模型展示车我们不是特别清楚,因为时间比较紧张,主要是做模型的一个展示。车动起来是没问题的,但是离实际载客运行的车辆还是有一定距离的。它主要是功能的展示。”王勇告诉记者。


  不过,他也补充道,“一个新产品的开发,都是这样的过程。”


  据 王勇透露,其团队主要负责巴铁的牵引、电机、信号、运输、走形等运营管理和设计的内容,“问题还是有一些的,这些问题我们正在想办法解决、在做研发设计。 巴铁要正式载客、实际运行,还需要经过市政的规划,另外也还需要经历大量的磨合实验,包括空载等模拟载客的实验,在确保安全的情况下,才会上路运行。”


  “以 后有可能上线的巴铁,出车应该是在明年,车辆制造主要是由奥杰股份(833436)来做,我们只负责部分设计。但实验的时间就不太好说了。因为有市政道路 建设需要完成,另外还要有试验线经过大量的实验,这个实验是否顺利以及后面的时间点,这个可能就不太好说了。”王勇表示。


  据了解,巴铁科技旗下自主研发产品“巴铁”,是由民间发明家宋有洲首创,被美国《时代周刊》评为“2010年世界科学技术领域最佳、最重大突破的发明之一”。


  不过,自巴铁面世以来,就一直饱受争议,包括在复杂道路上面临的诸如转弯、过桥、如何处理交通事故等各类实际问题,而目前这些均未有涉及。


  此前,宋有洲在接受记者采访时回应:“我不理解这些人的想法,这个项目就算不成熟,也必须要有一个过程,从概念到实现,而且这个项目的本身技术并不难,百分之八九十都是属于集成的。”


  他表示,“巴铁”核心只有五大技术,电气系统、控制系统、信号系统、牵引系统以及刹车系统,这些东西很多都是高铁和地铁已经在使用的,还有技术标准,实现起来非常容易。
