据悉，根据广东省工商行政管理局公布的《2015~2016年度流通领域服装商品质量抽查检验情况通报》显示，在广州、深圳、东莞、揭阳、茂名、梅州和汕头7个地级市共抽取的服装样本中，经检验判定为不合格的服装商品共有94款，不合格率为39.17%。
通报显示，发现的服装商品的质量问题主要有：一是少数服装商品检出可分解致癌芳香胺染料；二是甲醛含量高于标准限量值；三是PH值超出标准允许范围；四是色牢度、接缝性能（或纰裂）等使用性能指标未达到标准要求；五是纤维含量与标注不相符；六是标示（产品使用说明）标注不正确或未标注。例如无印良品在此次抽检出的紧身裤出现PH值不合格。紧身裤属于贴身衣物，PH值不合格可能诱发皮肤过敏或感染。快时尚品牌H&M、运动品牌Nike被指出色牢度不合格，即“掉色”。
