马云乡村校长计划预计10年投入约两亿元,寻找、支持中国优秀乡村校长。
马云认为,中国有很多乡村的校长缺乏培训机会,怎么激励教师,怎么管理学校,什么是财务,什么是教案,应该怎么运营,他们缺乏这些方面的学习机会,所以自己想把选出来的老师、校长们,送去海外知名学校,跟中学校长们交流学习,去开阔视野、提升理念。
2016年首届“乡村校长计划”将投入1200万元,评选20位全国义务教育阶段的乡村学校校长,每位校长将获得50万元实践经费。入选校长除了将赴国际知名学府学习管理方式、办学理念、教育模式等,还将结成教育网络平台,进行线上和线下交流。教育网络平台由马云公益基金会全新打造,旨在为老师、学生、家长提供一个互联网平台,建立一个没有围墙的互联网学校,一个学习的大社区,一个教育公益的开放式平台,促进中国教育的发展。通过这个平台,老师可以获得更多优质的教学理念/方法/实践,相互交流和学习;学生可以获得更广泛的优质教育资源,学生之间、师生之间相互交流和学习;家长获得适合自己孩子的优质教育资源,学习其他家长的优秀理念和实践;为教育公益提供一个开放式平台,使得施方与受方可以快速发现、连接,使人人公益更加简单快捷。
