就在万达院线宣布与IMAX合作的前一天，万达院线刚刚公告宣布中止收购万达影视和传奇影业，同时，万达院线在2016年之内都将不再筹划重组事宜按照原先的资产重组计划。
按照原先的计划，万达院线拟以不低于74.84元/股，向万达投资等33名交易对方发行约4.97亿股，购买其持有的万达影视100%的股权，交易对万达影视的作价为372亿元，另外，万达院线还将募集配套资金80亿元。
万达院线今日收盘价为70.04元/股，涨幅0.10%。
