巴铁项目投资方曾因公开募集资金被举报
新京报快讯(记者李婷婷)针对有消息称，巴铁项目投资方“华赢凯来”公司涉嫌非法集资，新京报记者4日从工商部门获悉，全市4家“华赢凯来”同名公司法定代表人或自然人股东均为“白丹青”，与巴铁公司自然人股东之一“白丹青”相同。朝阳工商曾接到过其中一家“华赢凯来”公司关于公开募集资金的举报。
网上多个消息称，巴铁项目背后的投资方是一家名称为“华赢凯来”的公司，该公司被指存在非法集资之嫌。记者今日从全国企业信用信息网了解到，该网站有5家带有“华赢凯来”名称的企业，分别为“华赢凯来投资有限公司”、“北京华赢凯来资产管理有限公司”、“北京华赢凯来资产担保有限公司”、“北京华赢凯来房地产经纪有限公司”等。
信息显示，5家公司均处于开业状态，登记机关包括北京市工商局东城分局、朝阳分局、海淀分局等。其中，前三家公司的法定代表人均为“白丹青”，第四家公司的自然人股东之一也是“白丹青”;和“巴铁科技发展有限公司”的2个自然人股东之一“白丹青”一致。
同时，几家同名公司的登记信息也显示出一定关联，如“华赢凯来投资有限公司”的法人股东为“北京华赢凯来资产管理有限公司”。
此外，“北京华赢凯来资产管理有限公司”旗下还有“北京华赢凯来资产管理有限公司朝阳第二十分公司”、“北京华赢凯来资产管理有限公司昌平第三分公司”等约70家分公司，且均处于“开业”状态。“北京华赢凯来投资担保有限公司”也有一家密云分公司。
对于这几家公司的经营状况，新京报记者今日从朝阳工商分局了解到，“华赢凯来投资有限公司”曾被举报公开募集资金。
来自其登记机关朝阳工商分局的具体信息显示，今年4月29日曾接到过涉及该公司的一条举报，举报内容为“超范围经营，公开募集资金”。对此，朝阳工商分局回复表示“该公司不在注册地址从事经营活动，分局已于2016年3月15日移入异常名录。
记者在北京市企业信用信息网查询到，其中的“北京华赢凯来资产管理有限公司”的企业信息下方有3条警示信息。警示信息中包括2条行政处罚信息，其中一条提到该公司因“未依法登记为有限责任公司或者股份有限公司，而冒用有限责任公司或者股份有限公司名义”等，处罚内容为罚款1万元。此外，该公司还有一条“经营异常名录”信息，列入原因为“通过登记的住所或者经营场所无法取得联系”。
“北京华赢凯来投资担保有限公司”也有2条行政处罚信息。其中一条是因“未依法登记为有限责任公司或者股份有限公司，而冒用有限责任公司或者股份有限公司名义”等，处罚内容为罚款1万元。另一条为城管局发出的违规宣传信息。
