中新网贵阳8月4日电 （记者 张伟）贵州出入境检验检疫局4日通报，该局在贵阳机场口岸检出首例甲型H1N1流感病毒患者。
贵州检验检疫局工作人员3日从对入境旅客例行体温排查中发现：一名从泰国普吉入境的游客体温高至38.4℃，伴有咳嗽、头疼、乏力等症状。
通过流行病学调查发现，该患者在泰国旅行期间出现上呼吸道感染症状，伴低烧，自服退烧药后症状有所缓解。
该患者咽拭子样本经该局传染病监测实验室进行实时荧光PCR检测，排除了寨卡病毒、登革病毒感染，检出甲型H1N1流感病毒（2009）阳性，系贵阳机场口岸检出的第一例甲型H1N1病例。
贵州出入境检验检疫局提醒广大出入境游客，在出境旅游时，要注意饮食、饮水卫生，做好防蚊措施，尽量减少在人群密集的公共场所停留的时间，以防各类传染性疾病的发生。如发现有发热、咳嗽、腹泻等症状，应及时向口岸出入境检验检疫人员申报，以获得相应的医学建议和处置，维护自身健康和公共卫生安全。（完）
