　　新京报快讯(记者李禹潼)曾任北京市政府副秘书长的刘志，被控在13年间利用职务便利为他人谋利，收受千万元款物。今天上午，因涉嫌犯受贿罪，刘志在二中院受审。

　　今天上午9点左右，记者看到，载有刘志的警车从二中院北门进入。

　　公开资料显示，今年56岁的刘志(曾用名刘智)是河南商城人，博士研究生学历，案发前系北京市政府副秘书长。

　　检方指控，刘志于2002年至2015年间，利用担任北京市中国国家发展改革委员会副主任、北京市政府副秘书长等职务便利，分别为岳某等4人在企业经营等方面谋取利益，于2004年至2015年间，多次收受上述人员给予的房产、车辆、现金等款物共计折合人民币1266.4万余元。刘志于2015年8月18日被北京市人民检察院查获归案。

　　检方认为，刘志身为国家工作人员，利用职务上的便利为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，数额特别巨大，应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。

　　资料显示，2016年2月18日，北京市纪委发布十一届五次全会报告，公布2015年北京反腐“成绩单”。报告称，全会审议并通过中共北京市纪律检查委员会常务委员会关于刘志严重违纪问题的审查报告，确认中共北京市纪律检查委员会常务委员会之前作出的给予刘志开除党籍处分的决定。至此，刘志已有半年时间未在媒体中亮相。

　　此前，刘志曾多次参加大型活动和突发事件的处理。有报道称，刘志被查前的最后一次亮相，是在米兰世博会北京周活动的一次吹风会上，刘志将“美丽北京，绽放世博”的活动主题误读成“定放世博”。
