白志明名下“中国建设企业联合会”被曝山寨协会
在华赢集团的官网上，有一个关于其董事长白志明参加活动的报道。报道引用白志明的话称，近几年华赢集团业务板块涉及金融、基建、交通、农业、餐饮等多个领域。在基础设施建设方面，已经与河北、山东、湖南、湖北等十多个省市地区政府签订了PPP模式合作协议。
不过有媒体指出，华赢集团投资的项目基本上都是一家来自“中国建设企业联合集团有限公司”的企业。
