  新京报快讯(记者王硕)今天,本报报道了巴铁背后“华赢凯来”的集资乱象。今天上午,部分投资客收到了“华赢凯来”发出的“关于部分媒体针对巴铁项目负面报道的应对解答”。“解答”中称,截至目前,巴铁科技发展有限公司(以下简称巴铁公司)资金或来 源于股东出资,或来源于民间借贷,与P2P平台尚未有任何实际的资金借贷发生。巴铁公司及其相关企业与“e 租宝”没有可比性。另外,针对秦皇岛试验车问题,“华赢凯来”称秦皇岛“巴铁1号”为模型验证车,第一辆巴铁将在明年6 月以后于周口市进行3公里试验段运行。

  1.关于“巴铁高度难过立交桥”
