“部署‘萨德’是自卫措施、无奈之举，不针对‘第三国’”；
“‘萨德’选址充分考虑了中国，其探测范围不会覆盖到中国境内”；
“中国应反思在解决朝核问题上是否尽到责任”；
“中国不敢报复韩国，这样只会把韩国推向美国”……
这几天，围绕美韩决定在韩国部署“萨德”反导系统一事，韩国政府人士和一些媒体居然发出了上述种种奇谈怪论。
不难看出，上述言论有浓重的“悲情牌”意味，只是这张牌没有打到底，到最后还是忍不住亮出了底牌：有人给我撑腰，看你能拿我怎么样？
“小葱拌豆腐，一清二白。”在同中国文化相近的韩国，想必人们不难理解这句歇后语的深意。为人处世需要清清爽爽，言不由衷不仅说服不了别人，甚至会坏了自己的形象。在事关国家核心利益的安全问题上满嘴跑火车，更容易留下笑柄，让人低看一眼。众所周知，安全领域的事本身就像小葱拌豆腐这道菜一样“清白”。
对“萨德”系统稍有了解的人都知道，“萨德”雷达系统探测范围达到1000至2000千米，最低射高达40千米，考虑到朝鲜半岛的地理环境，用“萨德”反导系统“应对朝鲜核威胁”的说辞荒谬之至。美国借推进部署反导系统谋求战略优势，也不是一天两天了。美国在东欧建反导基地不是说为了应对伊朗核威胁吗？伊核问题全面协议达成后，有谁看到美国收手的迹象了？

将部署“萨德”同中国在朝鲜半岛问题上的作为挂钩，更是不着边际。中国“没能让韩国更舒坦”，于是就得承受安全利益受损的结局——是谁给了韩国这么想的权利？在朝鲜半岛问题上，中国做过什么拿不到台面的事？只要是联合国安理会通过的相关决议，哪一项中国没有认真执行？没有中国关键时刻发挥的重大作用，朝鲜半岛局势恐怕早就不是今天的局面了。韩国莫非真想体会体会另一种局面会是什么滋味？
至于是否真的相信“萨德”在韩国部署后中国会无动于衷，上述言论制造者心里比谁都清楚。韩国同中国作邻居又不是这两年才开始，总不至于对中国捍卫和平稳定的意志一无所知吧？邻里关系不顺，需要静下心来搞清是非曲直，尤其要想明白问题的根子在哪里。一味放纵情绪，甚至以为有了个靠山就可以任性胡来，实在过于轻佻。
