有市民反映，武汉周边城区的一些医院里有人体胎盘出售。
根据我国法律：人体器官不得买卖。对于人体胎盘，卫生部门也有明文规定：任何单位和个人不得买卖。然而围绕着人体胎盘，却有人做起了文章，甚至出现了以此谋利的灰色地带。
对此，记者用时半个月，进行了暗访调查，揭开了这胎盘买卖的真相。
记者首先来到了武汉市江夏区第一人民医院。这里真的能买到人体胎盘吗？记者向医生打听。得到的答复都是不卖胎盘。就在这时，记者在产科病房前遇到了一位保洁员。听说记者要买胎盘，这名保洁员打量了一下四周，将记者悄悄带到医院楼梯旁一个隐蔽的拐角处。
这名保洁员让记者在楼梯间等候，自己独自走进了产科医生办公室，几分钟后，她从医生办公室走出来，手里多了一个沉甸甸的塑料袋。随后，她把记者领进了一个单人的洗漱间，转身锁上了房门。
这位保洁员告诉记者，她收的25块钱并不是自己一个人拿了。
国家明令禁止买卖的人体胎盘，为什么从医院只花25元就可以顺利买到呢？这种情况是否普遍存在呢？记者随后对武汉多家医院展开了调查。
记者来到武汉市新洲区人民医院，产科病房的一名保洁员表示，可以帮记者搞到胎盘，价钱是80元一个。两天后，她果然让记者去“领货”。
当记者问她是怎么拿出来的？该名保洁员说是她进去清垃圾时，用那个黄袋子包好了顺带拿出来的，医生护士都不知道。
随后记者又来到了武汉市蔡甸区人民医院，同样从产科保洁员那里拿到了胎盘。
不过，这位保洁员没有收记者的钱，她说她只是想帮助记者。
同样记者在武汉市东西湖区妇幼保健院，也从保洁员手里很顺利地买到了胎盘。
据这名保洁员透露，她们也是在清理渣子的时候，用小黄袋子装着提到厕所里放着。在冬天的时候私下找他们买胎盘的人尤其多，因为国家不允许不准卖给人做药了，只能火化了，所以很多人找医院根本买不到，就只能私下里找他们买。
记者调查发现，只要肯花钱，在武汉市周边城区的多家医院里都能买到胎盘。那么这些胎盘是怎么流出的呢？这其中又暴露了相关医院在监管上存在哪些隐患呢？
2005年3月，原卫生部公布《关于产妇分娩后胎盘处理问题的批复》，明确规定：产妇分娩后胎盘应当归产妇所有。产妇放弃或者捐献胎盘的，可以由医疗机构进行处置。任何单位和个人不得买卖。
湖北省妇幼保健院妇产科护士长谭志华介绍，胎盘一般有两种处理方式。
但是如果产妇患有乙肝等传染病，按照要求，胎盘是必须交给医院处理的，这类有感染性的胎盘，是不允许带走的。
根据《传染病防治法》及《医疗废物管理条例》，医疗卫生机构和医疗废物集中处置单位应当对医疗废物进行登记，内容包括医疗废物的来源、种类、重量或者数量、交接时间、处置方法、最终去向等，经办人必须签名。
然而记者调查发现，并不是所有医院都能严格执行规定，有的医院甚至将胎盘的登记、交接及处理工作交给临时工或保洁员，这也给了一些人可趁之机。
这些漏洞，让胎盘流向地下市场，除了违法违规，其中的安全隐患也令人担忧。专家介绍，如果产妇患有可以通过血液传播的疾病，病原体很可能会污染胎盘。
医生提醒：
像乙肝、丙肝、艾滋病、梅毒，这些都属于一些血传播疾病，如果在没有经过严格的检测的情况下吃了这样的胎盘，也可能会感染这些疾病。
